After 2 1/2 years I am still a happy customer. I've added and been happy with KitchenAid dishwashers in every house we have owned for the last 40 yrs.

They went above and beyond to get it right. They did not rush and did not cut corners as had the guys from the previous appliance store. I can't overstate how impressed I was with the Best Buy guys' work. Couldn't be happier!!

Good but needs some tweeking

Cereal bowles do not fit the racks well, and large dinner plates necesitate removing the top rack and raising the middle rack so the washer arm will not hit the plates. Also, the slots for dinnerware are too narrow for wide handled utensils. Still, I like the dishwasher.

Nice Simple Look; Quiet Operation

While operating, it is very quite, to the point you would hardly know it was running. The huge selling point for my wife was how solid the door and latching mechanism felt. She felt very uncertain about a few of the other brand and their door mechanisms which felt cheap and more likely to fail.

Cleans very well with no spots

We have been through 2 other brands and this one is the best. After so many issues with other brands, we are now upgrading all of our appliances to kitchen aid. They are consistently good quality. This dishwasher is super quiet and cleans very well...EVEN WINE GLASSES!
