A little problem with installation but other than that the dishwasher works well and quiet. It could have better information regarding the light source that is displayed on the outside. For instance what does the color mean when blinking red or stagnant blue. However we figured it out.

The only reason that I didn't give this dishwasher 5 stars is because it doesn't dry as well as I would like it too. I specifically bought this dishwasher, for much more money than the model below it, because it has an additional drying setting which is only slightly better than the normal setting. Maybe dishwashers just don't dry that well, oh well, a boy can dream.

The product was great and installation went as planned. The only problem was before the installation it was advertised $100 less. I emailed the sales person and never got a response. Very disappointing! I’d recommend the product but not the customer service.

One day our 13+ years old KitchenAid dishwasher decided not work. Because of the excellent track record, we decided to stay with the KitchenAid brand. The new dishwasher is basically the same as the old one, but with many enhancement and features. We had a choice to buy another brand but we stayed with KitchenAid.

unit was bubble wrapped and partially damaged. Did not discover damage until i went to install it a few weeks late. (contractor delays) bottom line, Best buy is a soul less company. buyer beware, make sure you inspect everything before you let the driver leave your house.

We love our new replacement Kitchenaid dishwasher from Best Buy! Great price - price matched lowest advertised price and included free delivery and installation. The installers were very professional and had our dishwasher working in a short time. They were prompt and kept us updated on the time of arrival.

Limited noise met expectations. Upper rack not useful.

This dishwasher is the best thing I’ve purchased in my kitchen, it has outperformed all other dishwashers I’ve had in the past. The bottle wash feature is the best thing they’ve ever put in a dishwasher. I would buy a second one if I had the space

My dishwasher broke and it would cost too much to buy a new one. I really like the KitchenAid name and this dishwasher is well-built and I love the extra small shelf at the top for small items that used to fall through and sometimes even melt on the heating element in the bottom.

This dishwasher is very quiet, but it doesn’t dry dishes well. I had a wooden spoon in the dishwasher for two days before I ran the cycle and mild grew on it. A little too complex as well - can’t just press a button to run. You have to read the manual to figure it out.

The dishwasher could not be install flush with the cabinet doors even though the space measured 24 1/2" deep and KitchenAid specs were 24 1/2". Best Buy is removing the dishwasher and replacing it with a Bosch that has less depth. Aside from the appearance of the installation, the item is excellent and very quiet.

Dishwasher works great now. After having the dishwasher for about a month, water started collecting at the bottom of the dishwasher. I called a plumber. He immediately said that the hose was not properly installed. I also had a new garbage disposal put in.

Just had this installed. Price on sale was great. Installation was quick and easy. Door seems to have some insulation in the hinged area to keep it from opening all the way so I need to have them look into this. CR and Best Buy reviews were mostly all good. So far, so good, but time will tell.

This dishwasher is a clear upgrade to our previous unit with many different useful features in the baskets to hold our utensils upright, third drawer for sharp knives and extra jets for glassware in the top basket.

Really like this dishwasher, however, was disappointed that the bottom rack does not have fold down prongs. Also, it doesn't always completely dry even though we have it set on the dry mode. These items are not enough to give it a lower review as it really is a nice dishwasher unit.

This dishwasher is very nice, it is kind of fingerprint resistant. We are having a problem with the top pullout drawer coming out easily, it seems to get stuck. Also it is is hard for use to get level because we need to figure out something for the back where there isn't a leg to make it level.

This dishwasher is great. There are 3 racks. The top is a slide out for knives and flat items. The second is the usual glass rack but it can be adjusted up or down depending on what is on the bottom rack. It also has a bottle washer!
