Not worth the money

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We sprung for this dishwasher to keep asthmatics in our kitchen consistent, but it did not impress. We finally had a tech come out, and some parts were replaced, but we then received a list of things to do when using it: virtually pre-washing every dish, not using the detergent holder-dropping the pod in the bottom, using very specific cleaning products, ensuring rinse aid constantly capped off, and running our water until it was hot every time. Even with diligent adherence to these instructions, it worked okay at best. Frequent hand re- washing is necessary. I’ll only ever buy a Bosch from here on out, and don’t recommend this appliance.
