We bought this to replace a firdgiaire DW that was noisey and continually needing repairs. This dishwasher is super quiet and does a great job. We've had in for 3+ weeks and love it. I've bought kitchen aide dishwashers in teh past. Even their value line is quiet and very reliable.

Honestly, I chose this model for the free installation promo. I've used the dishwasher for a few weeks now and find the dishes come out clean and dry. Most of the time the dishwasher is so quiet that I either strain to hear it or watch the lights to ensure it's running.

I use the dishwasher DAILY. Mother of 5 kids. Just got done with a previous dishwasher after 8 years. This dishwasher is excellent. I’ve had it for 3 weeks. Quiet and leaves my dishes SPOTLESS! 2 thumbs up for the KitchenAid KDFE104DSS 24" built-in dishwasher!

Rinse agent is too difficult to add and cycles take too long to complete.

I've had this dishwasher for 2 months, and so far I'm pleased with its performance. It gets my dishes clean (while my other dishwasher--a Samsung--did not), and is very quiet. The only problem I see is occasionally if one leans against the panel the dishwasher lights come on.

The dishwasher is good. As others stated it doesn't dry the dishes at all. you have to pop the door open and let them dry overnight, which is a pain. My biggest issue with it however is that we can't read the settings very well, even in bright light. Its dark grey text on a grey background which is hard to see. At night its completely impossible to see the writing, even with lights on. The lights which illuminate under the settings are so bright that it makes it impossible to read the text. We have to get a flashlight to investigate where it is in the cycle. Only used once and still not sure if its a keeper. It did wash the dishes nicely so it does its job well.

Wanted a newer, quieter, more efficient dishwasher and this fits the bill very well!.

I have had the machine for about 3 weeks and love it. It cleans very well, although you have to make sure not to put anything tall in the front because it blocks the soap. It is also super quiet, to the point you don’t know it’s on!

The dishes come out sparkling clean. The filters (2) can be easily removed for cleaning in 30 seconds or less (my previous Kenmore was a two man job to remove the filter). It is very quiet. The only complaint is that a wash takes two hours, otherwise we love this machine.

Still fair new, but so far works great. Easy to order online. Prompt delivery and easy to install.

Very very very quiet. Cleans unbelievably well as long as you use the drying agent.

I am very pleased with my purchase. I decided on this machine based on other reviews and the free installation promotion with this machine was another deciding factor. It is very quiet and looks nice in the kitchen. My dishes come out clean. No complaints at all.

Been using the dish washer for a few weeks and it works great. Bought it to replace my maytag which only lasted 4 years and it's clear this is a total upgrade. Runs very quiet and cleans to perfection. The silverware rack isolates each utensil which works out great.

It seems some dishwashers don't come in black and white anymore.I might have gotten a different KitchenAid but it's only available in stainless.This was cheaper because it was on sale and works pretty good.It cleans and dries well and is extremely quiet.

Quiet, easy to use, and most importantly inexpensive. Well worth the money for rental units, if you have the extra money and own your home, I advise you to get a higher end one
