This dishwasher is so quiet, you will not know it is running. Cleans and drys dishes great. Not finger print proof but Weiman Stainless Cleaner keeps it shining.

The dishwasher is very quiet and cleans the dishes with no spots. I removed the lids for the utensils. I felt it was a lot easier to use without them.

Very quiet operation. For best results you need to run it on the pro wash. Also, you need to use the best detergent and rinse for the best results.

This has surpassed expectations. Dishes come out clean all the time. There are different options as far as cycles. Best of all you can barely hear it running.

This dishwasher is very quiet we also love the upper rack it's adjustable so it fits bigger items like cutting boards. Does a good job drying the dishes too.

This dishwasher was purchased as a replacement for another brand, which lasted about 10 years. Hopefully this new one will last just as long - it looks as if it probably will. It has a stainless steel interior, good quality, easy-rolling bearings to slide the racks in and out, plastic coated racks (sometimes those don't last so long, but these seems to be a very "tight" coating so hopefully OK). It has a clever silverware basket cover with slots that "hang" your silverware and keeps them from nesting, so they will definitely get a good water spray exposure. Drawback is that items with larger handles, like butter knives for example won't fit into the slots. But, the nifty cover is removable for either half or all of the basket, so you can have partial or full traditional open basket setup. Thoughtful design. The unit also runs extremely quiet. We have an open plan house and the old one could be heard running. This one is nearly silent. Labels on the dishwasher indicated USA design and manufacture, and it shows. Others in the store, made overseas, definitely didn't have as nice quality or features, even though they were cheaper. But, you get what you pay for. And made in USA means more people have jobs, so that's a good thing. Only drawbacks: It is recommended to use the detergent pods instead of powder or liquid. The pods are more expensive, but I see the advantage in much reduced residue inside the unit, and hopefully less wear and tear. Also, the wash cycle is pretty long. But, with that said, your dishes and silverware can go in there pretty darn dirty, and they come out excellently cleaned. This is probably the best cleaning dishwasher of 10 or so that I've owned / used over the years.

Dishwasher works well and is quiet. Only fault is normal wash cycle takes too long - 1.5 + hours. Use Express Cycle only.

Runs very quiet. I like the stainless steel interior and the heated dry cycle. Dishes are very clean. Takes longer to run than old models but more energy efficient.

Read a lot of reviews before we bought this, and it is a great dishwasher. Quiet!! Washes well, don't forget the rinse agent. Nice looking, and Kitchenaid dependable.

Very quiet and cleans well. The silverware organizer is different but seems to work well. Not sure the best place to put large knives and such. Looks nice.

This dishwasher was my second choice. Originally I purchased and installed a Samsung storm wash dishwasher. Had it 27 days, it was a beauty. Unfortunately it didn't clean the dishes. I returned it to Best Buy and purchased the kitchenaid. First and foremost, it cleans the dishes. It's very quiet and has many bells and whistles. And it has a heating element. Something I didn't realize was so important to me until I didn't have it on the Samsung. My only con is the buttons are in front of dishwasher. I prefer them to be on top of door. Over all this is a great dishwasher and I am happy with this purchase.

Love this dishwasher. Very quiet and does a great job. Replaced a 25 year old Kitchenaid with this one so hope it lasts as long....

Purchased as a gift for adult son. He commented about the unit being very quiet and was happy with how the dishes were cleaned. He is not an every day user.

My first kitchenaid dishwasher lasted 16 years. This 2016 model has quite a few upgrades and WOW is it silent and everything is working as I would expect it should

This is my third dishwasher, so far I'm happy with the performance. Plenty of washing cycles, quite silent and is actually drying up the dishes.

Have had KitchenAid dishwashers for many years (literally decades). They have always had excellent reliability and are well constructed. They have the features we need and want without adding glitzy, but useless features.

This is a great dishwasher. It runs very quietly and every dish is perfectly clean. I am so glad we purchased it. I would purchase this dishwasher again.
