Couldn't be more happy with this purchase. Consumer Reports and an independent sales professional (with no prompting) agreed that KitchenAid was one of the Top Two (actually, number one) of all dishwashers reviewed and/or for sale. Very happy with this purchase in terms of its performance, and doubly happy I was able to price-match a sale from a Best Buy competitor.

this appliance is not the quietest, but it cleans well and dries well. I thought the manual filter cleaning would bother me, but it's not a big deal at all. i rather have less moving parts to break, plus I have a sink disposal for food scraps....plastics are still a little wet, but much dryer than my previous unit, so we are happy with the performance.

This is the best Dishwasher we've had and this is the 4th one but of other brands. It's so quiet that you can stand next to it and barely hear it. It's very solid......the adjustable shelves slide easily and without effort. It has all the settings you could want. It doesn't show fingerprints. I would highly recommend it without hesitation.

Our prior dishwasher was considered state of the art when purchased but was now showing its age. We wanted a dishwasher that could do the job and didn't break the bank. We are pleased with cleanliness of our dishes but the quietness versus our old dishwasher is amazing. It is so quiet we forget that it is running.

one of best rated by consumer reports, very quiet, excellent repair record & matches other kitchen appliances. quality does not seem to be as sturdy as my old whirlpool unit, but replaced because repair people (3) I spoke to said at 13 yrs old, if they could get parts & w/service charge it would cost around $400 & it would be cheaper to buy new one.

Very quiet. time will tell how it holds up. Certainly hope longer than the 3yrs of the Samsung it replaces. Check back in 5yr The single extremely long cutlery rack is kind of a space wasting design. Either use the one 18" long rack or nothing. Two racks is a smarter/more flexible utilization of space.

Had a GE Profile, but the handle wouldn't let us use the drawer adjacent to the dishwasher in the corner configuration. (Finding this is a common error for kitchen designers!) We picked this flush front model and it fit perfectly allowing us to have the silverware drawer in the right spot. Cleans great and is very quiet - pleased with the purchase!
