Didn’t work

No wash. Returned and got the same one, seems to be working fine. Tech said he gets 1 out of 9 bad units. ( Lucky me ! ) Best Buy handled the situation very well. Read other reviews does seem to be an issue with Kitchen Aid dishwashers.

The dishes come out very clean but I do rinse my dishes beforehand removing food particles. Also, wish the silverware holder could be moved to the opposite side for an easier reach. I've noticed that the glasses are a little spotty when I don't use the heat dry cycle.
