Only had it a couple weeks, but so far very pleased with it. It is very very quiet and loving it. Had a Kitchen Aid in my last house and had it for several years. Worked great. The "key pad" on the new one is a bit sensitive, however, really now issues.

Wow, so much larger inside without the water spout in the middle of the bottom of the dishwasher. Love the silverware tray, heavy duty and easy to lift out. More room in the top tray, and it can be modified by lifting or lowering the tray, All around, glad we purchased this item. Thank you.

Great DW! Runs very quiet. Top rack moves up or down about 4-5" to give you more room on bottom for large pots or dishes during holidays. Also has stem holder on top shelf for fancy glassware. SSTL tub. Heater coil for water! Usually only found on high end dw's. Again, runs very quiet!!

great dishwasher working, negative point it takes a long time to go through cycle 3-4 hours. water bill has doubled. Read this is supposed to be energy efficient, guess only for electricity Not water.

We have owned this now for a couple of years. Bought it on a deal when install was free. The only issue we have had is the silverware tray had the bottom break in one spot. Otherwise have had no issues with this and really like it.

I bought a dishwasher in early July. When it was delivered, the serviceman took it off the truck to see that the back of it was damaged. He told me he would have to send it back and order a new one. So, a week or so later, the second one comes. Well, they take out my old one and put in the new Kitchen Aide. Only after they leave do i notice that the front door doesn't go all the way down. It goes maybe 2/3rds of the way. So i call and they tell me they'll send technicians to fix it. So days later, they come and the guy is beating the heck out of it with a hammer to get the door to open all the way. It doesn't work. He tells me he'll have to order me another one. Now i have had multiple calls to Best Buy and the delivery people on when the thing is coming. Total chaos. Assuming i ever get the dishwasher, i'm done with Best Buy. There's always Lowes, etc. etc.

Bought one for the home and now a second one for my rental apartment. Works well. Not too loud. No problems so far. Love the best buy install guys. Installed professionally and took out the old one.

My only complaint, if I called it that, is that this dishwasher is so quiet that we can not always tell when it is running. There is more room inside than the machine that it replaced, we can definitely load more dishes inside and the racks feel sturdy.

We purchased the dishwasher in store with Aaron. He was most helpful and arranged for free installation with the advertised special. The installers arrived as scheduled and removed the old, hauled it away and installed the new quiet kitchen aid in no time at all.

I purchased this item to replace a dated dishwasher that was in the house I purchased. I was looking for a great brand, stainless steel, and does a great wash. Product looks great, washes well but disappointed with the drying cycle. Dishwasher leaves dishes wet and I usually have to leave the dishwasher open overnight to get dishes to dry completely. This is quite dangerous if this is the only drying method as I have run into the open door a couple of times. Recommend any potential buyer discuss the drying cycle as cheaper dishwashers I had previously did an awesome job for the full cycle.

My previous KitchenAid Dishwasher lasted for 32 years so I bought another one. The new one has a better unadvertised warranty than competitors that advertise "10 Year Warranty" and so far it does a great job, is easy to operate and is whisper quiet!

Love this dishwasher. So quiet & cleans great. You need to leave the door open a bit after putting dishes in then ok to close completely. Otherwise you could see mold on silverware. Now I know this not a problem at all with every other great feature.

I think the ONLY thing I can criticize is the tines. For the most part, I like the internal setup. But there isn't a lot of space for larger bulkier items because of how closely placed the prongs are. Otherwise, it's great!

Top of the line dishwasher with free installation and reasonable sale price. All cycles except the quick wash clean dishes very well. For quick wash to work the dishes need to rinsed thoroughly before using the dishwasher.

It is super quiet and the design is streamline and goes well with the rest of my kitchen decor. I have had other kitchen aid appliances and am a proud owner of another product.

My new KitchenAid dishwasher does a fabulous job! It was delivered and installed on time. I am absolutely delighted with it. Since we purchased it on sale, delivery and installation included, it was the best possible buy for the money.

Fantastic dishwasher, we love the roller top drawer slides. Cleanest dishes we have had in years and we've always used dishwashers! Highly recommend the installation service. Very professional and conscientious installer.

Looks and works great. Only problem was installation crew. They were terrible, 3 hours after delivery window ended and were too far behind to install. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Absolutely the best dishwasher available for the price point it sells for. Has ALL the features we were looking for and more; and on top of that BEST BUY sale price could not be beat, along with professional delivery and installation!!
