I'm relieved to get rid of my noisy dishwasher. It's a very nice machine. The only downer is that if I lean against the counter the start button is engaged and I have to stop it.

does not dry well, it is very quite, but does not fit as much has my last one

Love the free install I got with this! Geek Squad had to come back because my plumbing needed work before they could it. They said no problem and told me what I needed. Got that done and they came back no problem!

the best part of this purchase was Jorge the Geek person who installed it. He was wonderful. We have had Kitchen Aid before and this is like the unit we replaced which was wonderful.

Love the washer. Very quiet and easy to operate. Took 15 minutes to install. Took way too long to get Best Buy sub contractor out and a two missed install dates before it finally was installed.

I got this is a Display (Floor) model. Was a little unsure of purchase. Had some connection issues but being a homeowner and always install myself went well. Operates GREAT.

This is my second KitchenAid dishwasher. The first one lasted 20 years and I never had a problem. It's a very dependable USA product.. So far the new dishwasher is great. I've only had it about a month and a half.

Replaced fairly new white Kitchen Aid (that I liked) with this similar model stainless b/c we were replacing other appliances. It's beautiful, runs quiet, & best of all cleans dishes great!! Couldn't ask for better!

Love this dishwasher! It is so quiet! The first few times, I even stopped it to open it, so I could make sure it was on. Drinking glasses come out clean and clear, not cloudy. Would definitely recommend it!

Replaced my old d/w because it was getting louder by the cycle. I’m very happy to get that thing replaced. No issues like other reviewers on the drying function not working.

I had an expensive kitchenaide before this and had to have the tech here all the time. And it was twice as much as this one. Totally recommend it.

It works great! Nice appearance. I have to lean taller items over such as the cookie sheet and large dinner plates. The height clearance is not good for the bottom rack.

But better than most. Dishwasher is "quiet" as advertised, cleans well and has good sanitizing feature...the drawbacks are that controls (located on front of dishwasher) are Too Easy to push by mistake and you have to be conscience of pushing up against dishwasher when working at counter. In addition controls are small print and difficult to see to determine cycles desired. The only other drawback is there is moisture in dishwasher and on top of cups and glasses with impressions that contribute to moisture after cycle is finished.

Great style, look, feel and ultimately so quiet, we cannot even hear that it is running. I highly recommend. The lock feature is great for when you have small kids that like to push buttons!

This item works well, but the stainless steel front is hard to keep looking shiny. Special products are needed to prevent fingerprints from becoming permanent stains.

So far not a fan! This paper weight has been in my kitchen for nearly 3-weeks, but it does not work. Turns out the wash pump is bad. This weekend they will deliver and install another unit - really hope it works. I was told that this is not the first that had the same issue. If I hadn't had my old unit hauled away I would put it back in, get my money back and find something better. Live and learn!

This product is super quiet and seems to perform quite well. It was running and I was standing next to it and couldn’t even hear it. I hope it lasts as long as my other Kitchenaid did.

This is the second KitchenAid dishwasher that we've had and we like the first one enough to purchase this. This seems to be as good as the last one but time will tell.

Although this dishwasher is really quiet it has some annoying features such as a top shelf which is hard to pack efficiently and has way less room than my previous dishwasher, a rinse-aid dispenser that needs very frequent refills even on the lowest settings, and a front touch panel that is so sensitive that it will start operating if you mistakenly lean even lightly against it. The silverware holder was so hard to use that I replaced it with the one from my previous dishwasher.

Except the dishwasher mounting brackets etc were missing. Called BBY manager ordered she ordered the parts came in 4 days later and went picked it up at the store
