You’d think for the price and it being a premium brand it would’ve been second to none. Well after returning the first one which was supposed to be a working open box model because it didn’t work and had previous owners utensils still in it. The new one in the box isn’t much better. I had an amana that I got brand new for $199 worked better than this thing.

I bought this dishwasher Dec of 2018 After a few washes it wasn’t drying my dishes, I had someone come look at it and they determined it had a faulty drying unit so the dishwasher was replaced. The second one worked good for a few uses then started to not dry nor drain very well at all. It constantly has a stinky smell coming from inside. Guess it’s time to call to see what’s wrong with this one

Our first dishwasher was not working properly they come and replaced it so far I'm happy. But we shall see if this one works properly

Our kids got this as part of the kitchen upgrade for our Christmas present. After the dishwasher was install we have used it a couple of time and love it.

My home has a very open floor plan and the first criteria for a new dishwasher was that it must be very quiet. I reviewed dishwashers performance extensively before making my decision. The pros: - This model is very, very quiet and probably generates a very low hum if you are listening for it. - It is very sturdy. One quality I look for is the solid-ness of the doors to see if it will give a good seal. This model does as with other Kitchenaid products that I've purchased. - The utensil basket is great! There are removable covers on the sides so you can either use with cover to provide slats which help separate the utensils, or slide it open to put things like bottle tops, can tops in the basket. Or you can remove a cover to put larger - wider items that don't fit in the basket. And the basket is quite sturdy. - Adjustable rack is wonderful for putting those taller items in the top - The bottom rack tines are straight and have plenty of spacing for a variety of dish sizes. I feel I can load this dishwasher quite full. Other models I looked at have angled tines which prevent you from loading odd shaped dishes / pans. Cons: - Bottom rack only has 1 adjustable row of tines. It would be nice to have another row for adjustment.

Love the dishwasher. I don't really like the lights on outside of dishwasher. Looks like a spaceship has landed in my kitchen.

My dishes are stoneware and they are all thicker than regular china. They easily fit in this dishwasher, which was not the case with our previous dishwasher.

I needed a reasonably priced dishwasher that was reliable. I am satisfied with my choice. It looks great in my kitchen, and I am pleased with the cycle choices.

My last dishwasher lasted 29 1/2 yrs. I wanted another good quality dependable washer. Am very very happy with the new KitchenAid and hope it lasts so well.

Love the washer,,,but when the door opens it almost touches the floor...would like more options for raising and lowering of racks

The machine is quiet and dishes are clean, but everything is still wet at the end of the cycle,

I had a Kitchenaid for 10 years so this was the obvious choice. Like all the other reviews it doesn't fully dry. Hope it lasts as long as my previous.

The purpose we purchased this one is it had a dry cycle. This cycle doesn't work completely and some dishes need to be dried.

I have had nothing but good reports from me on my new Kitchen Aid Dishwasher. Yes, I am very happy with it. Thank you for making such a good product.

Purchased item just before the holiday and used it several times for both heavy and lite loads. Works and looks great.

Kitchen is next to our family room so a very quiet dishwasher is required and this one is perfect. good job at cleaning.

Didn't realize how bad my old machine cleaned until I got this kitchenaide. It's very quiet too. I also like that the handle doesn't stick out.
