The dishwasher works fine. The only problem is if you lean against it, it turns on.

This dishwasher is so quiet and does an excellent job at cleaning the dishes. It runs a long time, but it is energy efficient.

Both the Samsung microwave and the Kitchen-Aid dishwasher are straight forward to use and attractive in appearance.

Every time you brush past the controls the machine turns on. The lights next to each control are so bright you can't see which one you want to press. I can't even believe they would sell a product like this. I thought paying for the name Kitchen Aid and the high price of this dishwasher I made the right purchase. If I didn't have to pay for the install it would have been returned to the store.The response I got directly from Kitchen Aid was they would forward my information to the design engineers. Please stay away from this product!!!!!!!!!!

The dishes are still soaking wet after the drying cycle completes. I specifically talked to sales person at Best Buy who said American made brands are only ones that have a heating element for drying and dry far better than those without. You still have to hand dry glasses and bowls hours after cycle is complete. Works fine otherwise but an overall disappointment.

I love the product that i bought, it was the best out of all products available and the features were a big winner for me!

My only problem is with the install. They chipped the counter and it's been over a month and still not resolved.

Dishwasher door is unnecessarily low, almost to the floor. Dirty dishes tray rolls out too fast

My wife and me walked into the store and she immediately want it so I bought for her and she love it.

My dishes are very clean. The machine is very soft but has lights to indicate when it is running and when it is done.

Does the Job well. Must use a rinse aid. Wish that was not the case.
