Great performance and quiet operation. We like it!

The product is really quiet. We don't like buttons in front. Someone's always touching one by accident. You just brush one while walking by and it turns on. Much better to have them on top of the door. Looks nice, though.

I haven't owned a dishwasher in over 15 years and the one I had back then seemed to work a lot better than all this new technology. My opinion when they make all this stuff energy efficient the quality goes away.

You get what you pay for. I wouldn’t buy it again. One of the draw backs is that the buttons are on the front where one can turn off the wash by accident if not careful when it’s running.

I thought it would last me longer without problems. My dishes haven't been washed well, I changed the filter as suggested. Still not doing a good job! Ughhh

Not what I expected. It was an open box item which was reasonably priced with a cheap theww year warranty. Will replace in three years

At frist. It performs beautifully. Then one day out of no reason, it stopped working. Called customer service, was told no technician in my area to fix it. I have to wait 2-3 days to get an answer. On top of it, the customer service adviser was so rude and unhelpful. Will not buy another kitchen aid product again

Thought dishwasher would be better. A lot of the items Don't come clean and don't dry completely. You have to check each item. Somewhat disappointed for the money spent.

Cleans and dries well. But controls on front of door are sensitive and when you lean into it the controls light up and you have to cancel process

Rating is for the poor customer service by BestBuy Installer didnt show up on the day of appointment.And I am getting bounced around trying to get it installed.

I don't remember the last time I wrote a bad review. This thing has been bad since day one. We found that only one setting seemed to get dishes clean, and now, just 2 years after buying, it isn't cleaning at all. Residue left on dishes, doesn't get caked-on food off, and now spots. Once the 2+ hour cycle is done, we take them out and hand rinse. We're done with it.

Because the dishwasher is longer than my old one, it accidentally gets started when you lean against the counter while working in the kitchen

This unit leaves the silverware wet and is not good a deep cleaning items even when pre-rinsed.

needed a new dishwasher shopped around for a good price, found this one so far so good

Dishwasher is nice love the stainless steel. Does leave some left over food residue on some stuff.

Don't buy it, not worth it. This will be the 4th time i am fixing this worthless dish washer. My first kitchen aid appliances and will be the last. The support services basically not helpful and don't care.

Waiting to hear from Best Buy to get service. Called them once and didn't get call back. Disappointed so far.

Bought this to go along with the fridge and it works good. Doesnt dry dishes really good.

I bought this less than two years ago and it worked great at the beginning. And then last week out of nowhere it stopped draining. Repairman said it wasn't worth the money to deal with getting a new pump and the control board didn't seem to be responding. Just had to buy another dishwasher. Not worth the money I put down for this product.
