Great looking dishwasher but it vents to the side and that means that the dishes do not dry.

I have used this machine long enough to say that I cannot imagine how to improve it. EXTREMELY quiet! At first, I was not sure that it was functioning. Takes much longer than other dishwashers I have owned, but the results are uniformly outstanding. I never have to do any follow-up inspection.

We bought a brand new Samsung dishwasher 4 yrs ago and had nothing but problems, constinatly having to hand wash dishes and clean the dishwasher itself daily. One day the motherboard gave out and was going to be $250 to replace. We decided to just buy a new dishwasher and the rep was very helpful in assisting us with selecting a dishwasher in our price. We have nothing but great things to say about our new dishwasher. It has great space, awesome setting selections, and cleans ever last dish!!!

It was great up until it wasn't. We owned this for 3 years and 1 month to have the motor failed. Repair is over 500.00. So much for consumer reports and on-line reviews.

Had dishwasher for only 2 weeks. Washed maybe 5 cycles, after which. machine would not drain water, like a small lake in the bottom.

I rinse my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. I've had this machine a little over a year, and it doesn't work well, even on the tough cycle. Dishes don't get clean. I've tried the pods, liquid, and dry dishwasher soaps. Waste of money.

I've had KitchenAid and Whirlpool appliances for decades. I've had this dishwasher for 1.5 years and the soap no longer disperses, leaving the dishes dirty after a very long wash process. Very disappointing.

Bought this unit almost a month ago. Still don't have it. First unit was damaged and it had to be reshipped from the mainland. No one called to let me know when the new unit was going to be installed.

Installed but didn't work. Kitchen aid customer service was rude. Appliance repair came and found circuit board didn't work. Replaced and still didn't work. Had to replace motor.

The heating element on this dishwasher went out after 1 year. I had to purchase a new one and definitely stayed away from Kitchen Aid.

We got our new washer and after install it wouldn’t wash. Much disappointment today. Can’t recommend at this time. I know we aren’t all perfect.

Water never came out spray arms, so did not clean. Was able to exchange for a higher end model, which works like a charm. Look for that review.

Not satisfied with the installation. I had to hire an electrician to get the dishwasher working. When the installer left dishwasher was not working.

Extremely disappointed that after 3 weeks dishwasher already not draining and parts need to be ordered

Less than 3 years and circulator pump gone. $320.00 fixed. Will never again buy a Kitchenaid.

Very disappointed with the performance of the product. Does a poor job cleaning dishes. Old dishwasher was much better.

Geek squad came to install and messed up my sink connections causing a leak. Then will not cover damages. Do not use.

I bought a whole set of kitchen aide appliances brand new. 2 of them have failed critically within a year.

My wife and I bought all new kitchen appliance (Samsung) but KitchenAid for the dishwasher at the sales person's suggestion. It is so quiet, you have to listen to it to make sure it is running. Nice, large capacity and does a great job of cleaning.

I will never buy anything from Best Buy again without insurance to cover appliance .. def worth it
