Had to call in a warranty issue after 3 cycles. Waiting to see if it works.

Just out of warranty and the motherboard and compressor went bad.

Failed on all accounts. Bad processing at every turn and broken equipment. A case study in mediocrity.

Geek squad had a bad install and made my sink leak. Then trying not to cover damages.

Dishwasher did not work! Would fill and drain but not wash. :(

Incorrect installation led to thousands in damage.

This dishwasher has worked fine during the first month that we've had it. It is much quieter than our previous one, and almost unnoticeable when it is on. The default cycle lasts for two hours, which is longer than our previous one. I understand there is an express cycle that would only last one hour, and use somewhat more electricity, but we haven't tried it yet.

We purchased this amazing Kitchenaid dishwasher about a month ago after taking a look at many of the models on the Best Buy showroom floor. We liked the features the dishwasher had AND the free delivery/installation! We hit a few road blocks with getting the new dishwasher in (all due to how our house was built), but I was extremely satisfied with the amazing dishwasher installer that came to install the dishwasher for us. It looks great and it gets my dishes incredibly clean and more dry than any other dishwasher that I have ever owned. It is so quiet that you barely can tell that is is turned on. I highly recommend this dishwasher!

Good dishwasher - extremely quiet and seems to clean well. Sometimes there is still water pooled on some of the dishes after drying, but overall very happy with it.

This replaced an older model, and has made such a difference for us. Very quiet, and everything comes out dry. Very satisfied

The dishwasher is great. I read several reviews before purchasing this one. I paid the full price, and 5 days later the price dropped by $90...ugh, thats my luck. But the "free installation" is not so great. My scheduled time was between 8-12, the night before I received an automated voicemail confirming my appointment for 12-4. I called and told the polite young man that answered the phone that my appointment is for 8-12 and it still showed that on the website under my orders. He said the actual installer was already gone for the day but that he left a voicemail and sent them an email letting them know my appointment is for 8-12 and to call me first thing in the morning when they come in. Never got a call. Installation guys shoed up about 1pm.

KitchenAid and one other brand tend to be the best brand models. This unit is pretty solid in my experiences so far. What I like: * overall good layout for dishes * main spray bar is metal * water efficient * ball bearings make the sliding baskets smooth and very easy to deal with * runs quiet * stainless steel interior * solid feel/build quality What I don't like: * lights are bright, no way to dim? * In theory, it's nice seeing a light that shows that the dish cleaning cycle is done, but waking up the next morning and seeing the "clean" light is still on is slightly disconcerting and a (small) electricity usurper. Opening the door usually shows if there are clean dishes inside or not. Rating: 4.75 stars

This dishwasher works great, it has tons of space inside and is extremely easy to clean when you need. It fit perfectly and the black gloss color helps to make my kitchen look cleaner than t already is when little messes happen. Clean quality is also very good, just make sure not to put gross things on the top shelf, the top is really only designed for light work, just like most dishwashers.

Top quality dishwasher. The installer was outstanding & professional. The unit is so silent and cleans great. Highly recommended.

Had for 4 year and quit working already. Loved how quit it was and cleaned great, then pump broke.

Excellent washer. Had for a month now. Dishes come out squeaky clean. It is absolutely QUIET!!! Only negative in my opinion is the silverware rack. I removed the top part and now it works fine.

Do not buy this dishwasher. We were really excited to step up to a great brand like KitchenAid and this one seemed like a great option. And it was...at first. The first few months were excellent. Whisper quiet and the dishes were coming out really clean. But in less than a year the water pump went out. Never had that happen on a dishwasher before. Warranty covered it so it seemed like a fluke, but within months the heating element went out. So no more dry dishes. No warranty so we’re on the hook for that one. Then the drain stopped working. So all the dishes were covered in a disgusting film and everything smelled horrible. Now the bracket for the upper rack is broken. Gonna cost over $200 just for parts on that. I’m done. Never again will I buy a kitchenaid appliance.

it has been cleaning the dishes very well but the best thing about this one is the ability talk to someone in the kitchen while it is running worth the money!

Cycle takes forever! After just a few years the pods would drop out and not clean.

Just got this washer - first load cleaned great, very quiet. No odor. The LED lights on front are so bright that you cannot read the words next to them LOL. I searched online how to reduce the intensity of the light but could not find any solution, so I took acrylic art paint with a tiny tip bottle and dabbed a dot of paint over the circle of each light. You can still see the light when it is activated but it does not blind you. I really like the way the top rack glides out so smoothly.
