Quiet Efficient Interior stainless steel Good front SS apearance

I needed a new dishwasher after my previous Samsung machine “lemoned out” after just 2 years of use. I couldn’t be more impressed with my new KitchenAid. Some small features have brought pleasant surprises. The racks are more substantial and slide with much less effort. The placement of the spray arms allow larger pots and pans to fit below without obstruction of the rotary arms. The tilted sections of the racks do a great job keeping excess water from accumulating on top of inverted glasses and bowls. This washer has been very quiet, and has also been very effective with its main objective of producing very clean, and nicely dry, dishes. I spent the extra cash to get an extended warranty this time. After one month of use, this has been an excellent dishwasher.

Purchased this dishwasher to replace our 25 year old Kitchen Aid. Researched Bosch and Kitchen Aid before purchase. Will say that our older kitchen aid was better quality. Specifically do not like the smell created by the filter that has to be cleaned in this newer one. The older kitchen aid had a grinder that got rid of any food. Did pick the kitchen aid because our older one had lasted so long. Also the Bosch did not offer the heating element to dry the dishes that the kitchen aid does. Do like the adjustable top rack that the new one offers. Can wash tall water bottles on top rack now. Do not like that a large cookie sheet can only be placed in the front of the bottom rack near the door. Will not fit in the side like our old one. Guess my biggest cons are cookie sheet fitting and food filter that has to be cleaned. Overall a good dishwasher.

This machine was a step-up for us. It is a more solidly-built machine than our old Whirlpool, which I had thought was fine while I had it. This one is just very well-built and again the word "solid" is the best description. The racks glide nicely, it is super-quiet, and we chose the flat front as our other appliances (LG) have handles that would not match KitchenAid handles. It is sleek and we like it. The silverware basket takes a little getting used to, but most do as they are all different. My husband love the machine and he is he one who runs it (he is a clean freak.) Our dishes are rinsed and nearly clean when they go in. The glasses especially come out sparkling bright shiny clean. We are happy with the machine. Bought on sale. Not sure why anyone would need anything more expensive.

It fits a lot of dishes and they all get clean. Love it!!!

Does a great job and very roomy inside. Much quieter than our previous dishwasher. My only gripe is there's not any good place to put large utensils and knives. The model with the 3rd tray on the top might be better.

I absolutely love this dishwasher! It cleans the dishes really well and is so quiet, you barely know it's running!! The cycles take a little longer than my last one, but it does a super job!! Would highly recommend!

The receptacle for adding the rinse aid is extremely hard to see . I'm never sure that I've put it in the right place. The appliance washes very well, but takes a really long time (I hear, though, that all of the newer dishwashers do). All in all, I'm pleased.

I needed a dishwasher that had controls on the front but chose kitchenAid from best buy exclusively for the free installation, i did need to purchase a kit from them and have several other things in order of which i did (SO I THOUGHT) of course no installation, always an excuse of some sort. I kept the dishwasher anyway and had one of the kids install with my help. The dishwasher is amazing and if you want quiet this is the one for you. I have to bend down with my ear to the dishwasher to tell if it is running or not. My dishes sparkle, so the dishwasher is a 10 plus. Best buys free installation is a 0 for me once again.

Great dishwasher, super quiet, really does a great job cleaning the dishes. Lots of features, touch controls, adjustable top rack, high temp, and the such. The only complaint is with the hight in the tub, the bigger pans and mixing bowls don't fit in this one. No worries though.

This Kitchenaid dishwasher exceeds my expectation. It is very easy to operate, and cleans my dishes thoroughly. I am especially pleased with how quietly it runs that I can even use it while I have company.

We love our new KitchenAid dishwasher -- with hard-to-find heating element. We first tried a new Bosch, but couldn't stand it's interior capacity (too small) and design. It was very quiet, but so is our KitchenAid. Best Buy was excellent about our exchange -- kudos to Best Buy customer service!

I love this unit it is very quiet. it has a heater to dry the dishes some units don't have that.

It is very quite and seems to be well made. It had most of the features we were looking for, especially the heat coils for better drying. Easy to use and gets everything spotless. Would buy again

This product is reasonably priced, operates quietly, and does a great job cleaning the dishes. The dish racks roll out smoothly and it's easy to load. After one month, we're very pleased.

Very quiet, cleans dishes well, love the adjustable rack and filter basket that simply gets emptied and rinsed out. Run time seems long which is why it's not 5stars.
