Bought for my 85 yr old Mother. She had a plastic housing dishwasher that was faltering. She now wants to live another 15 yrs just so she can continue to enjoy her dishwasher; she cannot believe how clean everything get plus she can't hear It run. She can't hear me talk either, but she thinks the dishwasher is silent!!

Growing up, I remember my Mother and her friends always saying that Kitchenaid made the finest dishwashers. I finally had a chance to purchase one for myself, and my Mother was right again. It is incredibly quiet, and leaves the dishes noticeably cleaner than my previous dishwasher put in by the builder. Kitchenaid forever.

This dishwasher is very easy to use and cleans thoroughly.

Only reason it got a 4 instead of a 5 is that I would have liked more tines to collapse but as far as cleaning dishes it is fantastic.

Has heating element at bottom which dries dishes and glasses approx. 5 hrs. after wash. Better if left overnight. Baskets roll out very fast. Silverware basket is huge but has different size pill-shaped openings to hold flatware. Would not work with round handled flatware. Dish holders seem to far apart.

Awsome dishwasher, Kitchen Aid. Made in America! I would recommend the dishwasher to any one and also recommend Best Buy.

I love how quiet this dishwasher is. Except for the blue LED, you would not know it is running. We were looking for something that is efficient with both water and electricity, as well as something that is American made. This fit each of those requirements. Very solid feel to it with simple control panel.

Tried to order a second refrigerator and was told you did not deliver in my area which forced me to shop elsewhere.

This dishwasher was everything we wanted - very quiet, turns itself off, the dish racks roll so smoothly on tracks, so my dishes do not fall all over, heating elements to dry so no sewer smell from steam drying like the Bosch we initially bought. Dishes are very clean. A great purchase!

my expectations were not high. product was purchased for replacement of a 20 year old unit. It seems to be OK
