We just had this installed yesterday and it is super quiet. We were very happy with the installer and the time he took to make the install smooth

Works great! Dries better than any dishwasher I used before. Takes about 3 to 4 hours for a load is the only downfall. Would definitely recommend

Match’s up perfect with other appliances. You can even hear it running. Have to check it to make sure that I started it.

We purchased this due to great reviews, and are more than a little disappointed with the dishwasher. The racks are set up to be very adaptable, but still don't efficiently handle different dishes. Some dishes slide and move, and others just don't fit. We also have a hard time getting the dishes clean, despite trying different positioning of the dishes. It is just OK, which is less than we expected due to the price and reviews.

Took 3 separate schedules to install after continued being auto cancelled by B.Buy. managers personal contractors came, installed, left...

you have to load the dissolvable detergent packets a certain way or they don't melt right and you have to rerun

I bought this in June 2019 and in less than 2 months, the interior tub is rusting, 2 months. KitchenAid/Whirlpool's response, sorry, you're on your own. So my response was to cancel my order for their fridge. Stay away from buying anything from Whirlpool.

Bought this because most of the reviews were positive - in 10-years we've gone thru 2 dishwashers with each needing repairs at least three times/year. You know the drill 1. Dishwasher breaks - call for a repair guy to come out - can't come for 2-3 weeks. 2. he comes out, plays with it and says it's a part that they don't carry. He goes to order it and it's backordered - 2-3 weeks to get. 3. we get the part eventually and then call to have him come back out - another week or 2 wait... 4. he comes back out, puts the part in - still doesn't work - and says "it's the control panel too". (Of course he doesn't carry control panels for my model, as if it's some one-of-a-kind thing. SUPPOSEDLY this KitchenAid didn't breakdown much - according to the reviews... Ours lasted less than 2 years (1-year warranty) before going belly up. Why can't anyone make a dishwasher that doesn't break every few months???

I love this dishwasher! Dishes come out beautifully clean.

So far, I’m not real impressed with it. Doesn’t seem to be cleaning my dishes as well as my old one I had for 10 years. They seem to have a film on them that doesn’t seem to come off even washing them a second time. I finally ran a cycle with Afreash, a dishwasher cleaner, and hope that will help. Plus the chrome tub never seems to be clean. It’s hard to feel like your dishes are clean if the dishwasher itself doesn’t look clean.

Decent product. Works as you would expect it to. KitchenAid does not typically disappoint.

has lots of ways to adjust to fit our style. little hard to understand instructions at first but figured that out and seems to be working well.

Dishes are much cleaner than my old one. Adjustable top rack helps with fitting in large items.

This dishwasher replaced the original dishwasher that came with the house about 20 years ago. It was a very large upgrade over what I had.

Works great, quiet, and seems to be high quality. Can barely hear it.
