Have not had it very long, install was pretty easy. Machine is very quiet. Had to put my ear to it to see if it was running. Seems to clean okay. Machine does have condensation on the inside of door after use. Need to wipe it down or air it out to dry after use. Normal cycle takes about 2 hours.

Very nice dishwasher. Relatively quiet. Dries dishes well.Like the 3 rd rack for silverware.

My dishes are sparkling clean after each wash. The best feature I like about this dishwasher is it is very quiet. My living space is open, and I have no problem getting my dishes washed while watching TV.

This is the best dishwasher! I had one in my old house that was phenomenal, so when we built our new house we went with a “builder’s grade” Whirlpool dishwasher. It was absolute crap. After 18 months we bought another Kitchenaid dishwasher. Now I know that Whirlpool is the parent company for Kitchenaid, but this thing is light years ahead of that Whirlpool dishwasher! The top tray for knives and odd items is fantastic!

Excellent dishwasher. Very quiet and gets dishes very clean. Recommend using the rinse aid as it helps dry out the dishwasher after cycle. For the first dozen washes, water condensate remained in the dishwasher after the cycle was complete, but now everything is nice and dry after a wash. I usually use the extended dry option. Wash and dry cycle takes quite a while, but that is not a concern for us as I wash dishes overnight. Very happy with the product.

I am a KitchenAid fan. The best thing I like is the clean light after it is finished. I think the top of the 3 racks could be a 1/2" deeper to hold larger deep serving spoons, etc. It is very quiet which is a plus since I have the open floor plan in my house. Would definitely recommend this dishwasher.y

This dishwasher is quiet! Cleans well. I like the 3rd rack for thin stuff. Expensive but I have looked it over and it's well built.

It is SO~~~ Quiet. We thought it was not working at the first run; it is that quiet. So happy about the quietness. Large capacity and third rack helps.

The dishwasher is great. I no longer have to wipe all of the dishes because the dishwasher didn't dry them well. I like the interior is stainless steel and I'm hoping it'll hold up better than my previous, plastic interior dishwasher. Bonus is this dishwasher is super quiet-the first time I ran it I had to put my ear next to it to see if it was working.

My old dishwasher was 2.5 years old and had to be repaired 4 times. I finally gave up and bought my dream dishwasher. The kitchenaid cleans amazingly well and dries them well to. The accents and details in design are beautiful. I love the 3rd rack for utensils and flatware. The adjustable 2nd rack is amazing when i make big dinners and have extra pota and pans. 10/10 would recommend!

My gosh! This thing is incredibly quiet, and does a PERFECT job of cleaning the dishes. There are times I forget that I've turned it on, because it's so quiet. I live in a ranch style home, so I used to be able to hear my old dishwasher from any room on the main floor. Now, I can't even hear it when I'm right next to it. Awesome!

For the extra money paid for the third rack up top, it was a waste of money. With no small spray arm at the top, items in the top third rack get minimal water and its all from the bottom. So, I've not been very impressed w/the cleaning of items in that rack. We now use it minimally. The rest of the washer seems to work very good. I do feel the need to use the extended dry time option as the regular dry time can leave items still wet. We use liquid/gel dishwashing detergent as the powders can not always fully dissolve and build up in the plumbing of the machine but this is the case w/any dishwasher. It is much quieter than the 17 year old machine which it replaced. We can start a wash cycle just before bed w/ no noise problem. Our bedroom shares a wall with the kitchen and dishwasher doesn't keep us awake.

Very quiet, love 3rd rack & the fact that the 2nd rack is adjustable , cleans great.

I recently purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher, Model KDFE204KWH. The other brand dishwasher that I had ordered from another store was backordered for months. I studied all the reviews and decided on this KitchenAid. I am so happy with my new dishwasher! It is so quiet, I barely know that it is running. The dishes come out sparkling - even the baked on scalloped potato dish!! I am a grandma and this is my first dishwasher. I didn't know what I was missing!!

Very quiet, cleaning doesn't require extensive rinsing prior to washing. Operating is easy and the different cycles make cleaning almost flawless.
