Purchased open box. BIG mistake. Associates said all parts were inside. The instruction booklet was for a Samsung range. The installation booklet was for an LG fridge. Additionally, it was missing the drain hose, which can also be replaced directly from KitchenAid. Complete debacle. If you purchase an open box item, make sure it has EVERYTHING included. Best Buy didn't bother to look inside it at all and just handed me a dud. Returned of course. Purchased the same dishwasher brand new when it went on a crazy sale for $599 only $50 more than open box. Love the dishwasher.

Nice, clean, easy-to-use front-facing controls and well-designed interior racks. More vertical space than the one we replaced, but it results in middle rack being lower to reach than desired. Door must be manually lowered (pushed down) to the fully open position to access bottom rack -- as opposed to door that softly falls fully open on its own after opening halfway. Color is very happy with this dishwasher.

If you're looking for a very quiet dishwasher, this is the quietest one I've ever had had

Extremely quiet as we have an open floor plan . It also has the heating element which Bosch doesnt have.

(Unfortunately, the Bosch I purchased had an error message; so I purchased the KitchenAid - 24" Front Control Built-In Dishwasher with Stainless Steel Tub, ProWash Cycle, 3rd Rack, 39 dBA - Black).

This is by far the best dishwasher I have ever had. The dishes come very clean and hot and dry.

Sometime the second shelf doesn’t dry all the way. It cleans good

We've had this dishwasher for almost a year and it has been great so far. We've heard that they don't make appliances to last, so I'm not sure how long this one will keep going, but no issues at this point.

The GREATEST dishwasher I have ever had. It is quiet. It is the first dishwasher I've seen that actually cleans dishes as you put them in. No rinsing required. Every time I run it, I try something super dirty just to see if it works. Highly recommended.

Quiet and efficient. The stainless interior is clean every night after running each day. Best Buy had excellent free installation as well.
