Once installed I used the dishwasher 3 times and it just stopped working midcycle. The first two times I used the dishwasher I am pretty sure the heating element didn't work ever. I am getting a replacement and hope the next dishwasher works correctly and it was just a fluke dud dishwasher

Did not purchase an extended warranty. Have to wait 3-5 business days to hear back from someone if they can find a service provider to send to us.

Terrible product

Geek Squad installed a new pump. Now the machine start beeping after a few minutes and you have press Start multiple times before it will complete. Imagine going to bed with the Dishwasher running and it beeping for you to come down to press start !!

We now have to place a towel on the floor when opening the dishwasher. CS says is normal condensation and even sent a tech who confirmed that this was the way this dishwasher operates. I want to return it.

Water gathers in there during the wash and leaks out when you open it. How does a $950 dishwasher do this? This is awful engineering. I've had it for a week and returning to the store.
