It does not make a sound. The price was great. I had no charge for installation as I am a member, which is well worth it.

awful installers

The two men came in my home with dirty boots did not care about my new floors. The lead guy was very short and impatient. There is a gap on both sides that do not match. Very disappointed

Solid machine, like the old days

Maytag lasted less than two years and had to replace the soap dispenser 3 times when I finally had enough. All reviews pointed to the KitchenAid and I am not disappointed.

We hardly ever have to set it to more than the normal wash and everything comes out great. We were replacing an older model KitchenAid dishwasher and this one is so much better. We are very happy with this purchase.

Silent and best controls

Ended up selling the house we put this in and now have the Bosch, which is good but the Bosch controls suck. Kitchen Aide has the best controls and it was crazy silent.

I have tested this with my dirtiest of pot, pans and dishes. My last dishwasher required me to rinse dishes. With the KitchenAid I just load it up, press Normal Wash and when it is finished everything is sparkling clean and dry. This appliance gets the job done and it looks good too.
