This dishwasher was installed but leaked. This was a replacement for another which also leaked. Both returned and I bought a different brand. First time I’m getting a dishwasher which isn’t a KitchenAid in almost 60 years.

We have had this KitchenAid dishwasher for over a year. Every load comes out clean and dry. The third rack handles coffee mugs and glasses leaving the middle rack free for larger items. It is so quiet that we wonder if it is actually running sometimes. We could not recommend this dishwasher more.

Our old dishwasher started winding down. We needed a new dishwasher and since we upgraded our kitchen with KitchenAide appliances, we decided to stick with the brand. This washer is very quiet during operation. The old Bosch was extremely noisy. We can run a wash and this washer is far quieter than our washing machine and dryer in the next room. Operation of the controls is via touchpad on the door. We generally use the "express" function as it cleans the dishes perfectly well on a much shorter cycle. My only gripe is that the dishes, even when using heated drying, still don't dry. I just need to read the manual and make sure I'm using the washer properly. The KitchenAide has a LOT of room for dishes and utensils. I'm still getting used to the utensil rack being on the bottom part of the washer, but it's not a big deal. This is a fantastic dishwasher.

Well this machine is quiet, Thats the number one reason I bought it. Cleans well also. I only have one complaint..ok well two. One...I have to use the extended dry on it and it still leaves quite a bit of water. Do not like that. Also since it is leaving water, the handle and basket has water just sitting on top of it. sooo alot of water comes off the basket when I lift it out. I am not happy about this. My last whirlpool dried better than this one. TWO, I did NOT receive a manual on how to use this machine. WHY? Kitchenaid doesnt even have one available to download on their site. WHY? So kitchenaid thinks that people just need to FIGURE IT OUT? Seriously? I have contacted Kitchenaid twice now. First time no response..i am waiting again for a response. Folks I recommend you picking a different manufacture if this is how they do things. I will NOT buy this brand (all brands) they make again. will buy from someone different.

The dishwasher is so quiet you don't even hear it. Does a fantastic job of cleaning the dishes. The 3rd rack is an added bonus. Would highly recommend.

Seemed like the perfect dishwasher for us but it did not work upon installation. Error codes indicated a "wash motor failure". The installer called it in as defective and we chose a different brand. It would have been our third KitchenAid dishwasher. So disappointing.

Great Buy. Installation went smooth. Fit great. Looks good and matches my office appliances. Did my first load and it fit a lot of dishes and big knives on 3rd rack. It is very quiet and dishes came very clean.

So far, I'm extremely happy. This dishwasher is very quiet and the dishes come out clean. I have used the 3rd rack, and it is very convenient. I haven't packed the dishwasher completely full yet, but so far it's done everything I expected.

I’ve had this dishwasher installed a little more than 24 hours. I’ve done two loads so far and in all honesty, I had no idea my previous dishwasher (NOT Kitchen Aid) was doing such a poor job ! Everything comes out SO shiny and clean looking ! I thoroughly rinse my dishes out of habit (my mother had us rinse dishes when we were kids *grin*) so when I wash my dishes, I used the Express Wash Cycle. Even using that, the difference is unreal ! I’m glad my previous dishwasher died. I think we’ll be healthier for it especially during this time of Covid-19. I HIGHLY recommend this dishwasher ! And I LOVE the top/third rack ! VERY handy ! I hope this continues to operate like this for YEARS to come !

Best Buy delivered a damaged dishwasher and installed it. leaked water for weeks due to the unit being damaged in its housing. now in a nightmare trying get this unit replaced. i will NEVER buy again from best buy

Excellent product- so quiet when running I have to check panel to make sure. Rinse only cycle great when not ready to wash a full load of dishes. Normal cycle gets dishes clean without having to initially rinse before washing.

Very, very quiet! Cleans effectively and fairly efficiently. Loading capacity seems good, organized, and intuitive except for the upper rack which we’re still adjusting to. Jury is out on that one so far.

Love this kitchen aid dishwasher. So quiet I’ve had to double check that it was running! The third rack is handy, I just need to get used to how low the bottom rack is. Overall I’m very happy with it.

We purchased this dishwasher sight unseen as we couldn't make it into the store. It definitely lives up the reviews. It's incredibly quiet, a great layout for loading and the dishes are clean and dry. We are very pleased with our purchase and highly recommend it!
