Don't buy it!

Cycle is very long, so much that it becomes a planning exercise to make sure it will be emptied before the next meal! Then came the error code... and the visits (4 in total) and the inability of Whirlpool/KitchenAid to fix their own product! They also refuse to do what any decent brand would do, replace their product when it is not performing. Customer service is awful with weeks between actions which only buy them time and do not solve anything. We always purchased Bosch and it was great! We picked this one to match the appearance of other appliances in the kitchen of the house we bought... What a mistake! We will replace it with a Bosch.

The height of the dishwasher is greater than listed, so we had to cut into the countertop, which will need to replaced. Otherwise it is a great and very quiet dishwasher.
