The 3 levels are convenient and everything in it appears to get cleaned well, even when it's heavily loaded.

Ultra quiet, well built

Only dislike I have for it is the flimsy plastic feet which should be metal. The door feels solid and well built. On par with Bosch and I believe 2 decibels quieter

Happy to have handle to put a towel on if so desired. Runs very quietly. I'm used to a more open silverware basket so am getting used to the new design. Third KitchenAid in 40 years -- hope this one holds up as well as the last two.
