Heated dry barely works

I tried the extended heat dry, results still the same. Some dishes still dripping especially utensils on the 3rd rack.

Went decades handwashing dishes. I decided I owed it to myself and my husband to splurge and get the prettiest dishwasher out there! This product has been so amazing. My dishes are spotless, always come out dry, and the versatility is outstanding! I smile and greet it good morning and am so thankful for the extra time I get to spend with my husband instead of breaking my back and hands washing dishes.

Fantastic unit - and having the handle on top as a towel bar is definitely a plus!
