Delivery was awful, they refused to open the box, inspect the product and take away the packaging. Love this product, but not buying more from Best Buy

I especially like that the Express Wash is powerful enough to clean my dishes yet gets it done in an hour since I always forget to run it overnight.

Ok, but not perfect

Have to close it with my foot. Had to bend the things that hold the plates up, because they are too short and plates fall over. 2nd rack for glasses is small, to not a lot fits on it. These are things I'm comparing to the KitchenAid dishwasher we have had for many years.
