It was a nightmare from the get go. The installer had no clue what he was doing. Ended up flooding my hardwood floors and cabinet area several times. Then left and when I used it, it leaked on my hardwood floor once again. Finally had them come out and removed it and replaced it with a new one then I hired a professional plumber to install it and that went very smoothly. Now using my new dishwasher and no more water issues.

The dishwasher worked fine until after only five months it is completely dead and we are trying to get a hold of kitchenAid service. Very disappointed at this price point how unreliable this machine and potentially the brand is.

They lied about having the item, made me wait 2 weeks for delivery, had me cooped at home on the day of delivery only to tell me at the end of the day they did not have it and I would have to wait another 18 days to receive it. The customer service rep was weasely and tried to push me into getting a different item. I am very angry at BestBuy at the moment. I have no opinion on the dishwasher since I never got it.

KitchenAid dishwasher not worth the price

I contacted KitchenAid and they said sorry its beyond the 1 year warranty. Absolutely ridiculous that you spend $1000 on a so called higher end appliance and it doesnt last more than 1 year and 7 months.

Rack is not spaced in a manner to allow full usage for a load. If I had realized how poorly the designed is, I would have never purchased this dishwasher.
