Love the 3rd rack and solid door and control panel. The treys seem less solid that the prior unit but the door seems to more substantial and closes better. The cleaning quality is substantially better that the unit it replaced and after one month we are very satisfied with the quality of the unit.

It cleans the dishes very well. The dishwasher is so quiet. I have owned kitchen aid dishwashers before, but this one is really quiet.
