Cycle is very long, so much that it becomes a planning exercise to make sure it will be emptied before the next meal! Then came the error code... and the visits (4 in total) and the inability of Whirlpool/KitchenAid to fix their own product! They also refuse to do what any decent brand would do, replace their product when it is not performing. Customer service is awful with weeks between actions which only buy them time and do not solve anything. We always purchased Bosch and it was great! We picked this one to match the appearance of other appliances in the kitchen of the house we bought... What a mistake! We will replace it with a Bosch.

Would NOT buy again

Very quiet. Can't hardly tell it's on. Dishes come out very clean. However, the lack of maneuverability of the racks makes it a pain to load anything effectively. There is wasted space every load. The top rack, the way it dips down, limits what you load in the middle rack. It's a horribly tested design. Everyday I load it brings me regret. I cannot recommend it nor would I buy it again.
