The refrigerator came to us with the top shelf damage. Now we are on hold for another five weeks without a new dishwasher in our newly built home. Glad, though, we will get it replaced.

I had a kitchenaid dishwasher prior to this that cleaned better. This is leaving food on plates and not cleaning glasses that well.

I have very mixed emotions in writing this review. The purchase, delivery, and dishwasher were a 5 Star experience. The installer, however, though he turned out to be a nice enough guy, shows up with a T Shirt imprinted with “Violent Gentlemen” on both sides. Huh? My wife initially answered the door on his arrival, and immediately became very concerned. I arrived to escort this person to the dishwasher for installation, but could not help thinking what this person was communicating. I rate the installation experience 1 star for his mode of dress. What gave him the impression that this T shirt was appropriate for an in-home visit??

The dishwasher cleans well but does not completely dry. The 3.5 hour normal cycle seems long. I like the extra top shelf however for items that I used to put in a small vertical basket in my old machine I can't use the top shelf for since the horizontal position collects water which the washer does not dry.

When we ran our KitchenAid dishwasher for the first time after installation we thought it wasn’t working. We had to get right up next to it to hear that it was in fact operating. Well pleased with the sound control on this model.

Amazing dishwasher! Cleans the dishes well and drys them completely. It is also extremely quiet, which I love!!

Very quite and functioning well, but it started rusting between stainless steel frontdoor and its coat.

We replaced our old KitchenAid with a new one. Longevity the main reason to stay with this brand.

The heated drying cycle does not work well on this. Have not tried the extended drying cycle but not too keen on using that much more electricity when they dry just fine opening the door. Do not like that the silverware holder is on the right side since my sink is on the left side of the dishwasher and means I have to reach across it to load dirty silverware. Not quite as quiet as I’d hoped it would be.

The dishwasher is great except it's quit working. The installation was great, it worked for a month, and now simply flashes. We've scheduled service on the thing.

First one was delivered and installed and then some of the functions weren’t working (and they did a terrible install job). Plus I was later told the function problem was common for this model - swell. Replacement unit came and it was dented. Third one works - hopefully it stays that way - install job still a little off

We love our new kitchen aid dishwasher. Exactly what we expected.

Ordering was very simple. Picking it up. The workers at the Avon store were very accommodating and very good. Installation was a breeze. Everything was there.

The dishwasher is really smaller than I expected inside. The 3rd rack is unnecessary I realize now. I would prefer more room as the model we previously had

We Bought this dishwasher because the former one was so loud that we could not hear our kitchen conversations. Now I have to put my ear against the wash to hear if it’s working. Very happy with its purchase.
