Great dishwasher. The most quiet, with a great cleaning cycle. Dries dishes well. Of the the dishwasher I've had this is the best one so far

I love this dishwasher! I had switched to a Bosch because everyone raves about that brand. However, KitchenAid dishwashers hold more dishes. It's quiet and cleans well. Mostly tho, I love the large capacity loads.

This dishwasher cleans really well, is relatively quiet, & I like the 3rd utensil shelf. Some items were not completely dry but that wasn’t a problem.

I have had this now for a few weeks and LOVE this dishwasher. It wasn’t initially the one I was shopping for but due to low stock after a year of covid I decided on this after reviews etc. it is so quiet I have had to put my ear next to it to ensure it’s started! Learning how to start it was initially a few steps …I made it more difficult than it needed to be. It’s cleaning my dishes well. There is a filter that can be pulled out easily and cleaned often if there is high use and food particles. I recommend this fantastic product. The deliver and installation was less than an hour and I am in a three floor walk up.

After being told by another store that dishwashers were in scarce supply and we could get one in 4 months, we checked Best Buy. Yep, we can pick one up tomorrow. We started the transaction on the web site, drove to the warehouse, everyone knew what they doing, processed the transaction in just minutes, loaded us, and we were on our back home. Installed it the same day. We are very pleased with the entire operation. The Kitchen Aid dishwasher is so quiet we keep thinking that it must not have been started. Does a great job on the dishes.

Very pleased with this model of KitchenAid dishwasher. We shopped and compared several weeks. We have been using it for about 1 month daily without problems. Best Buy had on sale, but it is very quiet and has many features we like that were not on old dishwasher. Some dishes with water drops after dry cycle, but we open the door after dry cycle and dishes are dry when we unload. We feel we got an affordable excellent dishwasher.

As a dishwasher, it does an amazing job washing dishes. The high temp and sterilization options are a nice feature that my old dishwasher had as well, so I was happy to carry that over. The other major thing is just how ABSOLUTELY quiet this unit is. If it weren't for the from LED light in the top right corner, you would never know if this unit was on or off. It's that quiet. My only real complaint about this unit is the top "utensil" shelf. While it serves its purpose and gets washed well, it does not dry well. The dishwasher even has an extended dry function which we tried, but the top third drawer is just too far from the drying element at the bottom. When you open the unit to unload, you constantly drip water over all the newly washed dishes because the top drawer itself just isn't dry. It's something we can absolutely live with, but it keeps this from being the perfect unit.

I like the third rack for knives. Overall this is a very quite dishwasher. Lots of room to clean different size items.

I really like this dishwasher. I do not like appliance shopping at all and was dreading it when my old one was on it's last legs and making horrible sounds. The shopping experience at Best Buy is always great. No pressure. Just information. I need to see the appliance for myself and no comfortable with on line shopping on this type of large purchase. It also helps to keep my local store in business. Great dishwasher. So quiet. I didn't know that I needed the extra level up top that is more like a slide out tray for those awkwardly long utensils, special spoons, gadgets, etc. It's a little more gentle up top, for those special items. I just really, really like this one. Made in America too. All good.

this dishwasher cleans well and is almost silent. but the door always has moisture on it after i do a load of dishes. the dishes are clean and dry but the door is wringing wet. i wipe it down completely after each use.

I really like this machine. I replaced my wonderful Bosch after 20 years of great service. Unfortunately, I got a Samsung and after it was put in it never worked. After 5 weeks Best Buy finally came out and twiddled something and it worked, but did a mediocre job and was not quiet. After complaining I didn't like it they upgraded me to this KitchenAid which had front controls I could see with the door closed, and it was much quieter and worked much better. It has a better layout inside and works like my old Bosch.

Great dishwasher, really like the 3rd rack. Holds large load of dishes. Baked on dishes comes out clean! I really like the Express Wash cycle!

My new dishwasher washes reasonably well although I notice occasional "spots". While washing, it is extremely quiet BUT it is also an extremely long overall cycle. Why? Am I doing something wrong? Although I am able to load my dishes and utensils easily in this new appliance, it does not permit me to load as many dishes in one wash compared to my previous KitchenAid dishwasher which was approximately 20 years old. Overall, I feel as if I am not using best approach to loading my dishes and silverware and cannot locate helpful guidance.

We like the features in this model. The dishes come out very clean. Nice and quitr when running.

Best dishwasher I’ve ever purchased. I buy many appliances because I’ve got a couple of rental properties and homes but I’ve never purchased a KitchenAid product before. I’ve had Maytag, LG, Samsung, Frigidaire, all go bad within a couple of years and needed replacing so I tried something different. I’ve had this dishwasher about a year and it is quiet, reliable and produces the cleanest dishes I’ve ever had.

It is quiet and does a great job cleaning even stuck-on food. I no longer have to scrub my dishes before loading the dishwasher. Love the top rack for utensils.
