Overall a great dishwasher and I love the configuration of the 2 main racks, which allows better loading of various shapes and sizes of dishes. It's also much quieter than my old dishwasher. I do notice it is pretty wet inside after a cycle runs and I try to leave the door open after I empty the clean dishes to expedite drying. My only real complaint is that the third rack does not consistently clean my silverware, especially larger spoons and knives. I've tried to load them at a 3/4 angle to ensure the water sprays and runs off effectively, but it feels like the water may not be as strong as needed to reach that third rack. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

As good as expected! I always buy KitchenAid appliances and never been disappointed. Their price and life span is decent, design and performance are excellent! This dishwasher is very quiet and has a lot of capacity.

I Like the interior and that it has a heat setting to dry the dishes. I am dissapointed that it doesn't have a built in garbage disposal like my other dishwasher. It is VERY QUIET and you can't even tell it is running. The dishes come out very clean and streak free.

Replaced our 14 year old KitchenAid dishwasher. Cleans well and is so quiet I have to put my ear next to the door to see if it’s on. No complaints after a month. Hoping it will last as long as my previous dishwasher.

A very solid well built dishwasher and extremely quiet too. It was replacing an older base model that was very noisy. This one you cant even tell its running, standing right next to it.

We had an older model when we lived in Bellevue that was rated at 43 Dba noise level and we loved it! When we moved to Texas we wanted another Kitchenaid and this one is rated at 39 dba! It’s so quiet you literally have to put your ear near it to see if it’s working! Not sure that it gets our dishes as dry as the last one but pretty close, especially with the Extended Heat mode selected!! Pro wash mode takes longer but uses much less power! We set it on Pro mode at night and let it do its thing!! Great dishwasher!

Great Dishwasher and sooooo quiet. I’m old school so I forget the third drawer all of the time, lol. My serving spoons and tongs go through several washes sometimes. Works great and cleans very well.

I bought a top of the line KitchenAid dishwasher. While it costs about $200 more than a typical dishwasher, it’s completely worth it. Extremely quiet and the dishes came out shining clean every time. Paying a little extra for a quality dishwasher that will last for 10 or more years - easy decision!

I like the dishwasher very much. it is very quiet and the dishes can be loaded in several ways, it cleans very well. I find I have to be careful opening and closing when adding dishes, that I don't press the control buttons ,which are at the top of the door.

Excellent dishwasher! It cleans so well, we put everything in it as long as it's dishwasher safe. Also, it is, by far, the quietest dishwasher I've ever seen. If not for the panel lights, you'll never know it was running. The experience with Best Buy was great. We bought it on a Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday, the same week.

Love how quiet it is. When the installer told me he was finished installing it I asked if he had checked it out to make sure it was working ok. He replied that he had run it and checked everything out. I was amazed as I never heard it running. It does a great job cleaning the dishes also! We are very happy with this dishwasher.

My new KitchenAid dryer runs smooth and quiet. Dishes have never been so clean and sparkly.

We have only had this dishwasher for a month, but we love it! It cleans and dries the dishes well and it is very quiet (you can barley hear it running). We are happy with our purchase.

I love the quietness of this unit but the rack design both upper and lower needs to have some variation, especially on the bottom. All straight lines so that when you slide the rack in and out, the dishes tend to slide. The silverware rack at the very top does not easily hold the various sized pieces of dinnerware. I'm glad I bought it but it could easily be made better. They should come out with different racks that you can buy, if you must, so that there are options. I'm sure others have had this experience. I had a GE before this one and the rack design was much better.

Could not be happier with new, KitchenAid dishwasher. We love the top tray for flatware and we can load more dishes than our old KitchenAid. Also it is the quietest dishwasher we have ever had.

Great dishwasher! I had the same model for -7 years! However the newer version has more plastic in areas that were metal before Hoping this newer model last as long !
