Beautiful dishwasher that washes well and leaves dishes dry

This KitchenAid dishwasher broke after 12 months. It took 4 months to get it replaced, once it was finally considered to be a lemon. No help from KitchenAid and Best Buy TotalTech was so busy that we had to wait weeks between appointments. Overall a very disappointing experience with this dishwasher, KitchenAid and Best Buy

I was told KitchenAid was one of the better dishwashers so that is what I went with. Once installed I used the dishwasher 3 times and it just stopped working midcycle. The first two times I used the dishwasher I am pretty sure the heating element didn't work ever. I am getting a replacement and hope the next dishwasher works correctly and it was just a fluke dud dishwasher

Excellent build quality. This dishwasher is beyond quiet - pay attention to the indicator light otherwise you really can't tell if it's running or not.

Amazing,I never had a premium appliance, so glad I did.

We had the dishwasher for less than a month and it stop functioning. Even though I purchased the service plan through Best Buy, I needed to contact Kitchen Aid for maintenance because the appliance was less than a month old. The service technician is scheduled two weeks out. We are still waiting for service.

The product itself is great, it is Best Buy’s customer service & support that led to the return of this refrigerator. Slight damage at delivery (not fault of delivery guys), hour + on phone to schedule repair, 25 mins to correct address for service call (they delivered to correct address), service man arrives at INcorrect address (day wasted), reschedule, and serviceman shows with part missing board. So have to waste another Saturday. Another hour wit customer service repeating same information. Schedule return - get text for return and amazingly, two days late, there is NO appointment in account. Another 45 mons online and phone to schedule the return. Big fail Best Buy.

The detergent dispenser stopped opening just after 1 year, seems like a common problem with this unit. We never used powder or pods, just liquid detergent. My last dishwasher lasted 26 years and this one stops working properly in just over a year. Very disappointed.

Great dishwasher but it came with one missing screw.

I have had three Bosch dishwashers previous to this KitchenAid. Since Bosch was unavailable I bought this. They claim to be quieter than a Bosch. No way! This dishwasher is unbelievably noisy. Must wait until company leaves to turn it on so we don’t have to talk above the noise.

Great appliance. Highly recommend this appliance!!!
