This has been a life saver for us. We moved into our new house that had it's original dishwasher from who knows when. The KitchenAid is so quiet we dont even realize it's running. It does a great job getting dishes clean

I'm a single person household so only a few cycles so far. Like most energy efficient ones, takes a long time it seems to go through a complete cycle, but the few I've done have been really good. My only complaint is the top buttons are SUPER sensitive and you can easily hit most of them by mistake and confuse the poor machine (BTW - learned just close the door, don't hit cancel - and it quiets down).

This dishwasher is efficient, easy to use, and very quiet. I highly recommend it. The Geek Squad installed it; they were very nice and did the install and removal of my old dishwasher quickly.

Love it! Nice and quiet. I would highly recommend. I replace an old KitchenAid with this new model and I'm happy I did.

This KitchenAid dishwasher is great. It is almost silent when running. Cleans the dishes great. My last KitchenAid dishwasher lasted 20 years. I’m sure this one will too.

Love The Dishwasher, Dishes and Glasses are Sparkling Clean. Extra top Shelf handy for long Utensils. Lots of different modes of cleaning available easy to operate and quiet as a Mouse. No Fingerprints!

Working perfectly. Love the features. The push buttons are on the front, not top of the door where you can't see them after closing. The dish/pan racks are strong which will not start bending. Glad this large family chose this dishwasher.

We are very pleased with this dishwasher. The dishes are clean and dry! It is more quiet than the old Samsung. We especially appreciate the vent at the top. The old Samsung vented at the base resulting in discoloration of our hardwood floors.

An appliance repairman recommended this brand after my old dishwasher had failed. It’s quiet and the user interface is easy to understand.

Dishwasher is so quiet that you can't tell if it's running. Has a light on the front that lights up when cycle is complete. Dishwasher door seems to open lower because of the 3rd rack, which took a bit to adjust to, but is not a big deal. We purchase this dishwasher to replace our last KitchenAid dishwasher, which lasted about 13 years. We run our dishwasher about 3 times in a 24 hour period (large family), and it was always a good runner. Our house is very open, so the new 39db dishwasher is a treat. We do not have to turn up the volume on the TV at night now when the dishwasher is running! Installation from Best Buy was without issue.

I love this dishwasher! Ton's of room inside. It is so quiet, I have to look at the lights on the panel to make sure it is running. Best dishwasher I have ever had!

It is hard to believe when this dishwasher is running. It’s that quiet!! We run it at least once a day and it does a fantastic job washing and drying our dishes…………all while being whisper quiet!

This is our third KitchenAid dishwasher. We should have learned from the first two, both of which broke in less than five years. This one lasted about six months before the control panel failed. It was replaced on warranty. The replacement just failed. It should also be on warranty, as the unit is only 11 months old. Next time it fails, the replacement will not be a KitchenAid. That is disappointing, as the unit works well when it works, and if very quiet -- but it is totally unreliable. Also, reaching KitchenAid service requires sitting on hold for at least an hour. The Best Buy "protection plan" is no help, as it doesn't kick in until after the manufacturers warranty has expired.

Whisper quiet. Cleans really well dries well too except for plastic plates and cups. But I think that is typical. Had replace our old one because it was not drying anything and it’s wasn’t cleaning as well either. Strongly recommend this washer!

Very quiet. Cleans pans and pots as well! I am learning that the plates and bowls can touch each other and still get clean.
