It truly is so very quiet we can watch the television without having to listen to the sound of the dishwasher. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new dishwasher.

It is quiet, but I do not believe that it is actually 39dBA quiet. I can still hear the unit running in the next room when it is operating. It is quieter than my last unit which was around 50 dBA, but I do not think that it is 11 dBA quieter. Beyond that, I love the finish, easy to keep clean and it does a really good job of cleaning dishes. The towel handle on the front is also a big selling point for this unit. Gives quick access to a hand towel. Overall, I am impressed with the quality of the unit so far.

More vertical space than the one we replaced, but it results in middle rack being lower to reach than desired. Door must be manually lowered (pushed down) to the fully open position to access bottom rack -- as opposed to door that softly falls fully open on its own after opening halfway. Color is very happy with this dishwasher.

Worth it

Cleans dishes very well and dries pretty decently. The only complaint I have is that the vent on the door leaks water onto the floor when the door is opened after a cycle.

Cost was a bit more than I wanted to pay but, The dishwasher(s) I was intent on buying didn't seem to be on the level as this one. Install was flawless. Easy to operate. It cleans very well, even dry stuck on foods. Very Quiet.
