This is the best and worst dishwasher we have owned. When it is operating, it washes effectively and very quietly, but it has only worked about half of the year we have owned it. Kitchen aid (Whirlpool) have been awful to deal with in trying to get it repaired: three month wait for parts and three canceled appointments for installation. With our experience, it is difficult to recommend this product.

It’s a very good dishwasher. It doesn’t have as many options as the previous model so it’s only getting four stars. But it’s a very good dishwasher. Nice and quiet and the dishes do you get clean

What a fantastic dishwasher. It really gets the job done on dishes, glasses and silverware. Can't get over how quiet it is. We have to stand right by it and listen carefully to know it is running. It was worth the long wait for delivery.

Great product! very quite and washes dishes well! the cycles are long compared to the 8-yr old dishwasher it replaced. However, i believe all newer dishwashers have longer cycles.

I love how clean the dishes are with the kitchenAid ! Not a water mark to be found. It's like everything is brand new. I gave it a 4 because it takes hours to wash the dishes.

Have had for 2 months and works great. When it’s running you almost dont know its working even when standing next it.

While the machine is quiet and get the job done. My touch panel screen failed in less than year. Waiting to see if what it cost to get it up and running

Love my new dishwasher!! It is so very quiet both my husband and I have opened the door during its cycle just “to make sure” it’s working.

This unit is much, much better than the new Samsung it replaced. Very, very quiet and does not leak from the bottom alike the new Samsung did.

Despite multiple attempts to fix the issue, the control panel consistently fails to register touch commands. Service visits often resulted in nothing more than a reset, with no lasting solution. Disappointingly, there were instances where scheduled appointments were missed altogether. This persistent problem has marred our experience with the dishwasher since its purchase, making it an unreliable appliance in our kitchen.

Love this dishwasher. I cannot believe how quiet it is. I've opened it numerous times to add something, not realizing that is was actually washing. Quality wash too!

I love this dishwasher! And it’s so pretty. It cleans very well and I love the different settings.

1 Month in with no issues. I had it installed by Best Buy. Has great functionality without over doing it. 3rd rack is nice for extra utensils. The silverware basket is unusually large, but can be separated into 2 pieces if need be.

Quietest dishwasher you can get at BEST BUY. Bought with Kitchen Aid appliance update. Looks great and is so quiet you have to put your ear down next to the door to hear if it’s running.

I’m extremely happy with my new dishwasher and it is extremely quiet. You don’t even know what’s running.

I Love my KitchenAid dishwasher so much❤️ I had it at my previous home, I had to replace the dishwasher that was in the new home with another KitchenAid! So Quiet!

We have had the dishwasher for a month and so far it is working great, the dishes are clean and it is the quietest dishwasher I have ever had. It is so quite it is hard to tell it is running unless you are standing right next to it.

This dishwasher is replacing a whirlpool I had which it was so loud that we could not watch TV when it was on. Tgis one us so quiet that you almost cannot hear it next to it. Ofxourse it is much more expensive than some, but worth it.

Well spent money on an excellent dishwasher that met our satisfaction.

I got the same one replaced as the old one broke down! Best Buy offered new for free as they couldn’t fixed it..
