Very quite and functioning well, but it started rusting between stainless steel frontdoor and its coat.

Great product and Best Buy installed with no problems.

We replaced our old KitchenAid with a new one. Longevity the main reason to stay with this brand.

The heated drying cycle does not work well on this. Have not tried the extended drying cycle but not too keen on using that much more electricity when they dry just fine opening the door. Do not like that the silverware holder is on the right side since my sink is on the left side of the dishwasher and means I have to reach across it to load dirty silverware. Not quite as quiet as I’d hoped it would be.

Its a really good washer highly recommended it to anyone

The dishwasher is great except it's quit working. The installation was great, it worked for a month, and now simply flashes. We've scheduled service on the thing.

The dishwasher is really smaller than I expected inside. The 3rd rack is unnecessary I realize now. I would prefer more room as the model we previously had

Ordering was very simple. Picking it up. The workers at the Avon store were very accommodating and very good. Installation was a breeze. Everything was there.

We Bought this dishwasher because the former one was so loud that we could not hear our kitchen conversations. Now I have to put my ear against the wash to hear if it’s working. Very happy with its purchase.

First one was delivered and installed and then some of the functions weren’t working (and they did a terrible install job). Plus I was later told the function problem was common for this model - swell. Replacement unit came and it was dented. Third one works - hopefully it stays that way - install job still a little off

We love our new kitchen aid dishwasher. Exactly what we expected.

Dishwasher works great. Install was excellent and technicians were easy to deal with.

After straightening out the mix up in color and delivery. The gentlemen that did the installation where wonderful and kind.

I am very happy with this kitchenAid washer. I initially purchased a GE and returned it after a week. It was just terrible. I am most happy that I made the exchange for the kitchenAid.

The dishwasher is quiet, but that is about the only good thing. With probably 80% of the loads, it signals an error code and stops with flashing cancel light and error codes. I've tried troubleshooting, and usually if you cancel/drain and try again, by the 3rd time it will actually complete a load. Part of why it is so quiet is that there is a cover and several insulation layers underneath in the front. So, if you have water in the drip tray, you have to disassemble the whole front to drain the drip tray. We didn't use it a lot at first, and by the time all the error codes started popping up, it was too late to return it.

Love the dishwasher. Dries dishes completely which I've experienced problems witj other energy efficient dishwashers. Easy to install.

The dishwasher it self is great. Your scheduling for installation needs to be improved. The man who installed it was fantastic but the scheduling was not good. He installed the machine around 9 PM.
