I purchased this dishwasher in November 2024. It has leaked since the moment I received it. I did not purchase the Best Buy service plan and because of that they told me I have to contact Kitchenaide (Whirlpool). Whirlpool sent out a repairman 2 times who claimed he couldn’t find a leak. I called Whirlpool back, they sent a different company out, this guy found dripping, ordered replacement parts. He came back yesterday, put in the new parts. I ran the machine, it’s leaking more now! So today I have to call Whirlpool again! This model is a lemon for me and the customer service is plain awful!

Updated our 13 yr old kitchen aid dishwasher. This one is great

It was a replacement KitchenAid Dishwasher. It was a nightmare from the get go. The installer had no clue what he was doing. Ended up flooding my hardwood floors and cabinet area several times. Then left and when I used it, it leaked on my hardwood floor once again. Finally had them come out and removed it and replaced it with a new one then I hired a professional plumber to install it and that went very smoothly. Now using my new dishwasher and no more water issues.

Good product now we will how long it lasts and any repairs needed.

KitchenAid dishwasher we recently purchased for our home has lived up to expectation thus far.

I purchased the dishwasher on April 15, 2024, and today May 14, 2024, I will get to start to use it cause it’s the day that L W Appliance from Rockport, Tx could get to fix the second basket cause it would not slide in or out, but I am glad to get to use my brand new Kitchen Aid dishwasher after one (1) month old tomorrow, yes I am looking forward to using it for the first time. Thank you for your inquiry. My dishwasher looks very nice and pretty. Again, thank you!

Buyer Beware! We have had this machine for 11 months. We have had to call for service twice when the dishwasher has overfilled and flooded the floor. Both times, the technician has not been able to determine the cause of the overfill as the machine does not save error codes once unplugged. Per the manual, you have to unplug the machine after this error and call for service. Since the technician cannot determine a reason for the overfill error, Whirlpool denies covering the service visit. I spent 3 hours on the phone with Whirlpool today trying to get the visit covered but they refuse even though it is under warranty. The technician had to come reset the dishwasher so it could be used again so we had no choice about calling for service. Very disappointing that Whirlpool (who owns Kitchenaid) provides such horrible warranty service. Buyer beware! Since this is a recurring issue for overfilling and flooding the floor twice in less than a year I would not recommend this dishwasher.

Good machine but drying function not sufficient to dry dishes

This thing is so so quiet. Absolutely love it. Best investment EVER.
