Don't Buy This Dishwasher

I thought all dishwashers were the same, one size inside. My old one was great, fit a ton of dishes and crap in it. This one is super small inside. Also - it doesn't get the dishes dry. Frustrating, I don't like to have to dry them off with a towel afterwards. Defeats the purpose of the machine. Just highly dissappointed with this.

Posted .Hello Printer. We apologize for the issues you are having with the Dishwasher. It can be normal for new Dishwashers to show signs of water being left on the dishes and the interior. Over time and the more the Dishwasher is used this will correct itself. We hope this helps.

It took 4 months to get it replaced, once it was finally considered to be a lemon. No help from KitchenAid and Best Buy TotalTech was so busy that we had to wait weeks between appointments. Overall a very disappointing experience with this dishwasher, KitchenAid and Best Buy

They lied about having the item, made me wait 2 weeks for delivery, had me cooped at home on the day of delivery only to tell me at the end of the day they did not have it and I would have to wait another 18 days to receive it. The customer service rep was weasely and tried to push me into getting a different item. I am very angry at BestBuy at the moment. I have no opinion on the dishwasher since I never got it.

Once installed I used the dishwasher 3 times and it just stopped working midcycle. The first two times I used the dishwasher I am pretty sure the heating element didn't work ever. I am getting a replacement and hope the next dishwasher works correctly and it was just a fluke dud dishwasher

Since Bosch was unavailable I bought this. They claim to be quieter than a Bosch. No way! This dishwasher is unbelievably noisy. Must wait until company leaves to turn it on so we don’t have to talk above the noise.
