Best Buy was quick to offer a replacement, great customer service, waiting for a replacement now.

looks good, had trouble getting service

Wasn't working right from installation - had purchased it for a remodel project for my home that took longer than expected. Kitchenaid was terrible to work with to get someone scheduled to repair. Easy repair and works fine now.

Since it had to be ordered, and is not yet delivered, much less installed and operating, this can't be 100% valid, but I think the money spent for the quality given/expected justifies the rating.

Replacement for a Kitchen Aid dishwasher

The third shelf for silverware doesn't seem to hold the utensils as firmly as the old design. The roller design is smooth. The machine is rated as 39 dBA but we think it is a bit louder than our old machine.
