The initial customer service - excellent, the price - perfect, product performance A#1. The only issue was delivery - "terrible" but Kevin of Geek Squad made up for it all. He was exceptional!

I think I made a mistake with another Kitchenaid

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this dishwasher a week ago and so far, it is cleaning fine but much noisier than the previous 39db Kitchenaid I had. it is up close to 50db and you can hear the swishing noises several rooms away. My first Kitchenaid a Kdte334gps was great and quiet when it worked but only lasted a few years and had a diverter and two drain pumps fail and then the Circulation pump went out and it needed a replacement. I bought a new Kitchenaid chalking the old one up to being a lemon but now with the noise on the new one I feel I might have made a mistake.
