Good machine and unbelievable quite and looks good

It is so quiet!! And my dishes are clean!! Best purchase of an appliance I’ve ever made.

Cleans Great! I can finally put dished in a dishwasher and not have to hand wash after washing. The three racks are really useful.

This is a very nice dishwasher. Performs excellent, runs extremely quiet!

So far so good. Very quiet, wash and dry well. With heat dry takes 3 hours to complete the cycle.

Super quiet which one of our primary concerns. We needed it quick so bought it online. Installers were great. However, the racks are not thought well. Can't get the amount of dishes as we could in our previous dishwasher (Whirlpool I believe, about 10 years old). Overall though we really like this unit.

This is good, but not great. I previosuly had a KitchenAid KDTM354ESS which cost $800. When it broke I replaced it with this one for $100 more. What this one lacks: The racks feel cheap. And they have no adjustable times. There is no timer display on the machine, so you can not tell how much longer the cycle will take. I really liked that feature before. This one is louder than the old one - even though the specifications say this one should be quieter. This one has left food specs inside of glasses several times, the old one never did. But it seems to be a dishwasher - just doesn't seem to be worth the $900 - it 'feels' more like a basic $500 washer.

This is a big upgrade for me as my last dishwasher lasted 14 years and was anything but quiet. I read some complaints/reviews that their DW was loud and i can only say if not for the light that tells you it's running, I'd have no idea it was on. Top rack for utrnsils takes getting used to and if you dont like it, there's still a standard utensil bin. I can't speak to how long I'll be issue free as i have only had 2 months. But this is a huge improvement over my last 14 year old dinosaur

Fantastic dishwasher. Be wary of “free installation” offer. My dishwasher was brought into my house and dropped off. Technicians told me they could not install my dishwasher because of the line. I bought this dishwasher because of the free installation. Instead, I had to tack on more money for a plumber to install and have not heard back from the sales team with any answers.

quiet and cleans Oneida silverware knives without spots

I have only used my new dishwasher a handful of times but it seems to be running very quietly. I’ve basically just been pulling things out of cabinets to sterilize at this point as I’m readying the kitchen for use hopefully soon. I will know how it cleans dishes with food on them hopefully soon. It looks very nice and installation only had one surprise…a new plug had to be installed behind it but installer put it in right away…all in one visit. So far, so good.

The dishwasher its self gets 5-stars. However, the install gets 1-star. The installers were efficient and through, we thought. They tested the dishwasher, all seemed fine. But when we went to run it a few nights later, disaster. KitchenAid had not secured the drain line correctly at the factory. That caused the water to partially flood our kitchen. Now, 30 days after, we still haven't heard from BestBuy as to how they are going to deal with this. The install contractor has agreed to file this with his insurance. We are waiting on that process. Our 9-month old floors will have to be torn up and replaced as a result. Kitchen cabinets repaired. And any mold that has formed will need to be dealt with. If you purchase one of these units make sure the installers check the drain line to make sure it is secure! Not really pleased with KitchenAid.

This dishwasher is very quiet and cleans dishes better than any other brand that I have owned over the last 25 years. I will never buy another brand!

This is by far the quietest dishwasher. The only noise I hear is from the water going in the drain. Dishes come out clean.

Everything is coming out clean, and you barely hear this unit. No regrets!
