Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this KitchenAid dishwasher in June of 2021. 1 year and 7 months later the pump stopped working and it doesnt drain anymore. I contacted KitchenAid and they said sorry its beyond the 1 year warranty. Absolutely ridiculous that you spend $1000 on a so called higher end appliance and it doesnt last more than 1 year and 7 months.

Rack is not spaced in a manner to allow full usage for a load. If I had realized how poorly the designed is, I would have never purchased this dishwasher.

I spoke to four different agents, each promised email confirmation within 2 hours, days ago. Still waiting. The dishwasher is delivered, installed and is OK. By the way, I have been a BestBuy customer for many years but none of my previous interactions appear on my account history.

For a brand new item over at this price pretty frustrating. For such a simple facet of the machine not sure how it it can be that poorly made....

My last dishwasher lasted 15 years and worked without a hitch. Looks like I either have a lemon or the whole brand is a lemon....we'll see. Back to washing dishes until I can get a repair man here. You get....... "no stars"
