    Terrible product. Stopped working almost immediately after install. Geek Squad installed a new pump. Now the machine start beeping after a few minutes and you have press Start multiple times before it will complete. Imagine going to bed with the Dishwasher running and it beeping for you to come down to press start !!

    Poor engineering causes leaks, do NOT buy

    Look at the hole at the top of the control panel on the left, just above the cycle buttons. Water gathers in there during the wash and leaks out when you open it. How does a $950 dishwasher do this? This is awful engineering. I've had it for a week and returning to the store.

    I purchased this dishwasher about a month ago and had high hopes for it being a KitchenAide. Unfortunately it has been a very disappointing experience since the dishes are always wet even after the Prpwash Cycle and the extrnded heat dry option. I tried it out for a month thinking I was doing something wrong. But after multiple experiments with different wash cycles, I have to say that I would not recommend this specific model. Spend a few hundred more and get something that doesn't give you more work by having to dry the dishes after every wash.

    Huge dent in the back of the washer! Went to return it and looked at the floor model and it had the same so I ended up going with a different brand.

    Cleans well but lasted less than a year and failed. Customer service at Best Buy and Kitchen Aid horrible to reach.

    not happy with service from Best Buy purchased dishwasher was not installed on the date scheduled when they did install it the guys didn't attach the outside bottom panel and it fell offf called scheduled for them to come and fix it didn't show up on scheduled date and didn't call me I made 4 calls and didn't get it repaired had to call Best Buy back and schedule another apoointment will see if this happens the guys also let water get all over my hardwood floors and they bucked up trying to get that repaired I don't recommend Best Buy

    Kitchenaid Dishwasher - Can't open door

    I purchased a Kitchenaid Dishwasher and had it installed by Best Buy. I cannot figure out how to open the door. I've tried resetting the power, verifying the door lock control is not activated, felt around for handles.....nothing. Beautiful dishwasher, but if I cannot open the door.....it's worthless. Will keep trying.

    Clothes washing machine installation

    The washing machine was suppose to be installed by the delivery team. They noticed a small amount of corrosion on one of the water supply valve and despite the fact that the water could be turned off completely at the valve, they refused to do the installation. I had to make all the connections myself.

    best buy or bum buy

    Between incorrect deliveries and now after 3 service calls, we have to return our diswasher(new) because it won’t pump water. I’m paying for the annual membership and an extended warranty that gives me ? Now I’m told I have to go back into the store or back into the outlet and pick out a new dishwasher. Get this one picked up which will be another 2 to 3 weeks which makes the house not livable because the stove I bought is not working either.

    We ordered this dishwasher to be delivered with our refrigerator, which they said they could do. Turns out, it is two different teams when working with Best Buy. After multiple telephone calls that were not helpful, we cancelled and ordered one from Home Depot. Got it that weekend. Dishwasher is great. Best Buy and their delivery is poor.

    Will not dry dishes. Big disappointment

    Will NOT dry dishes. My old 22 year old dishwasher never had an issue. Dishes are always wet when I unload. Very disappointed.

    Extremely quiet dishwasher

    Product works great so far, although I've only had it a few weeks. Best Buy delivery was on time and the driver was very courteous. He helped me open the box to make sure there were no visible defects.

    Never buy an open box item from Best Buy. I purchased a dishwasher advertised to be in excellent condition from their Christinia De store .After installation, the product was noisy so I called KitchenAid. They asked if all the insulation was correctly installed. I asked what insulation and they said it should have 5 pieces of insulation included in the box. Best Buy does not allow you to contact the store by phone and corporate refused to provide any assistance.

    Horrible weird smell from the 3rd rack made with cheap plastic. The smell still didn't go away after 2 months purchase. You should avoid this horrible product.
