Like that it has a 3rd rack and that is very silent.

This dishwasher did a great job at cleaning all of my dishes. I use it at night, and it is not loud at all. No leaking as well. Overall, it is an excellent product.

This KitchenAid dishwasher does an excellent job. I have tested this with my dirtiest of pot, pans and dishes. My last dishwasher required me to rinse dishes. With the KitchenAid I just load it up, press Normal Wash and when it is finished everything is sparkling clean and dry. This appliance gets the job done and it looks good too.

Purchased as a replacement for a Samsung dishwasher. This unit outperforms the Samsung in several areas. It is quieter while in use. The control buttons are much more visible. The Samsung did not like an interruption while in operation, but the KitchenAid will pause and restart without a problem.

We do not have the dishwasher installed yet, but had a similar one in the past and really liked it until it sprung a leak. Hoping to get a longer life from this one.

Despite multiple attempts to fix the issue, the control panel consistently fails to register touch commands. Service visits often resulted in nothing more than a reset, with no lasting solution. Disappointingly, there were instances where scheduled appointments were missed altogether. This persistent problem has marred our experience with the dishwasher since its purchase, making it an unreliable appliance in our kitchen.

I love this dishwasher! And it’s so pretty. It cleans very well and I love the different settings.

I had an issue with this model, worked with customer service to swap it out with a different model and completely satisfied.

I am really enjoying this dishwasher. Love all the features! Extremely Quiet! Love that feature. The only thing I need to look into is "why dishes everything is not completely dry at end of cycle...even with the extended heat.

After researching and reading all the comments, I decided to purchase this dishwasher to replace my Whirlpool dishwasher, which had served me well for 10 years without any problems. Since I was remodeling my kitchen, I opted for all new appliances. Unfortunately, I am really disappointed with this dishwasher. Three months in, and the dishes on the last rack are still not getting clean, which is frustrating. Water remains in the dishwasher even after using the Extra Heat function, making it feel unworthy of the investment. The only positive aspect is that it looks bulky compared to others and operates very quietly. However, I cannot recommend this dishwasher. I've tried various settings and different detergents, but it still does not clean thoroughly or dry properly, leaving water stains all over. The top rack is often filled with water as well. I suspect that many of the positive reviews are promotional and may not reflect the true performance of this appliance.

This is the best and worst dishwasher we have owned. When it is operating, it washes effectively and very quietly, but it has only worked about half of the year we have owned it. Kitchen aid (Whirlpool) have been awful to deal with in trying to get it repaired: three month wait for parts and three canceled appointments for installation. With our experience, it is difficult to recommend this product.

My dishes are shining again. Also there is no noice at all. It is very easy to clean as well.

Love my new dishwasher!! It is so very quiet both my husband and I have opened the door during its cycle just “to make sure” it’s working.
