Too quiet to a fault

The wash function was very good except the run time was a little bit on the long side. The small top rack is very good for small items and knives. We have an open kitchen. This unit makes very very faint noise when running. The only noise it made is when the unit discharges waste water. We could not hear any noise from the new dishwasher when it is running (we have an open kitchen). Several times we thought the unit did not turn on and I (tasked by the spouse) had to put my ear to the door to make sure it is running. Surely worth every penny/

We are Very happy with the quietness of the dishwasher when it is on. But compared to our last dishwasher that we had I am not happy about the drying/heating in it. I have been told that the drying/heating is now different than the old dishwashers but not happy with it at all!

Very, very quiet. The only sounds I hear are when the water is draining and hits the pipes. Would give five stars except it is smaller than prior washer so holds less dishes. Also does not clean as well as I hoped it would. Maybe I need to use a different cycle, but the normal cycle does not always get the dishes clean.

Extremely quiet; in fact, didn't even know it was running first few times we ran it. Only disappointment has been drying. Not as good as its predecessor. We may have problem adjusting to its use. Installer was punctual, friendly, very competent. Totally cleaned up after installation and provided detailed instruction on the washer's use. Couldn't be more pleased.
