    39dBA is very quiet, as promised. However, top rack is not adding much of a value. It actually makes it uncomfortable to load and unload middle and lower rack.

    Kitchenaid dishwashers always perform well and this model was consistent. Does a great job. Noisier than anticpated given the db rating. 3rd party installer caused me concern, given negative reviews, but they did an excellent job, protected our wood floors, secured the unit abd ensured it was functioning before leaving. Ordered 10/31/21, not received until 8/22. No indication it would take so long. Website is horrible. E mails and calls kept asking me to schedule installation. Then they would cancel and begin the cycle all over again.

    The installers did not center the unit left to right and the black vinyl trim was stuffed into the spaces and looks unprofessional.Also looks like a bottom trim panel may have been left off to where you can see the adjustable feet underneath.

    So far, the Kitchen Aid dishwasher has worked fine. Doesn’t seem to hold as much as our previous GE washer. Hoping it lasts longer than the GE
