Installation was simple, but we thought something was wrong the first time we went to clean dishes. My wife asked is it running? I said the wash lights are on but i had to get up and walk up to it to here it. I cant believe our builders dishwasher was so noisy compared to this kitchenaid. Thanks bestbuy for always being there with a great buy and delivery.

The instruction booklet was for a Samsung range. The installation booklet was for an LG fridge. Additionally, it was missing the drain hose, which can also be replaced directly from KitchenAid. Complete debacle. If you purchase an open box item, make sure it has EVERYTHING included. Best Buy didn't bother to look inside it at all and just handed me a dud. Returned of course. Purchased the same dishwasher brand new when it went on a crazy sale for $599 only $50 more than open box. Love the dishwasher.

At 39 DBA thought it was suppose to be nearly silent. *************ALSO: you can only use the heated dry option if you select the Pro wash cycle. So express wash, normal wash, rinse only,=CANNOT USE HEATED DRY FUNCTION! Why pay $1000 for something you can only use the heated dry on ONE cycle??? And one more thing, the latch to keep door closed seems very flimsy plastic. Also the latch to open/close detergent holder is very flimsy plastic! I feel like the detergent door holder is not going to last. BB customer service=NOT HELPFUL!!!
