I love my dishwasher. Especially like The control knobs being in front so I can press it and easily. See when the dishes are clean with the light going on. I like having the top rack.

I have not had good luck with dishwashers. I think 3d time is the charm. Looks nice. My only complaint: Only allows for a 4 hour delay, no variables.

Not worth the extra money over other brands. I liked the heating coil at the bottom because it is supposed to dry the dishes but the dishes and the whole inside of the dishwasher are soaking wet at the end of the cycle and not much better even with the extended heating featured turned on. The delay feature only has a 4 hour option instead versus adjustable by the hour.

This is just what I needed to replace the one that came with my home. It will add value to my final sale and the price was perfect.

Works as advertised! This was a huge adjustment from a dishwasher made 26 years ago, but it was easy install (thanks Total Tech Membership for the free installation). Now it’s just getting used to loading it properly!

Purchased open box. BIG mistake. Associates said all parts were inside. The instruction booklet was for a Samsung range. The installation booklet was for an LG fridge. Additionally, it was missing the drain hose, which can also be replaced directly from KitchenAid. Complete debacle. If you purchase an open box item, make sure it has EVERYTHING included. Best Buy didn't bother to look inside it at all and just handed me a dud. Returned of course. Purchased the same dishwasher brand new when it went on a crazy sale for $599 only $50 more than open box. Love the dishwasher.

We love our new kitchen aid dishwasher. Exactly what we expected.

So far so good but it’s only been 2 weeks. My only gripe is that it is louder than my 42db Samsung was, but the tech said that is due to a stronger motor. And frankly my Samsung died the first time after 2.5 years and then again after 4.5 years. Hoping this kitchen-aide will last longer!

We replaced our old KitchenAid with a new one. Longevity the main reason to stay with this brand.

The dishwasher installation was efficient and the dishwasher is working great!

The dishwasher is great except it's quit working. The installation was great, it worked for a month, and now simply flashes. We've scheduled service on the thing.

We Bought this dishwasher because the former one was so loud that we could not hear our kitchen conversations. Now I have to put my ear against the wash to hear if it’s working. Very happy with its purchase.

Works beautifully, but the racks are strange. Plates and bowls do not nestle into any spot and roll around every time you slide the rack to add a dish.

I am very happy with this kitchenAid washer. I initially purchased a GE and returned it after a week. It was just terrible. I am most happy that I made the exchange for the kitchenAid.

The Kitchen Aide is replacing a Samsung that we purchased 3 years ago, which was a fiasco from the beginning. Hoping this American made product fairs much better.

2 days after the 1 year warranty expired the dreaded blinking Clean light has happened and the machine will not run and keeps sounding an alarm. Does Kitchenaid purposely build them to self destruct as soon as they are out of warranty? After researching online, it appears MANY owners have this problem with this model and appliance repair experts consider it a design flaw. How lucky is that. Pathetic! I understand it is probably a bad control panel because one spot was soldered wrong. Kitchenaid should have recalled this appliance!

I am satisfied with this product and it is already installed by my plumber.
