The dishwasher is working great. I love the black finish that coordinates with my other black appliances.

Dishwasher itself is ok. Our problem is with the salesman. Sold us one a bit too big (installer had trouble making it fit). Also said there's a timer but there's not.

Great product, great service. No issues with the product, did the drive up service and they loaded it right into my truck.

Guys were very neat and clear on the installation. Walked me through step by step on the operation of the machine. Very satisfied with the installation.

Professional and knowledgeable install technician. Arrived on time and was thorough and helpful. Appreciated that he was also very neat and left everything clean and neat.

The only good thing to say is that it's quiet. Now the bad: - It doesn't wash well - plates come out with food on them, some plates as if were never touched by water. I was going to write it off as DOA. However, once tried the express cycle (the 1hr quick cycle) and things came out sparkly clean. Tried a few times to confirm the findings - the express cycle washes well, all other cycles do not. That will be nice and well, except there is no drying for the express cycle (cannot be enabled). So, choice is clean and wet or dry and dirty. - No stemware clips and odd rack shape - wine glasses don't stay up. I have various shaped glassware and is hard to arrange on the 2nd rack. No clips for this model either. So I have to do weird arrangements with coffee mugs to support the stemware upright. - The 2nd rack has a weird shape with lots of humps. For example small plates roll off the middle section of the rack. Bottom line, the racks are missing basic features like stemware clips and adjustable tinges and are not well designed to do away with them. Washing quality is puzzling - washes well on express, but doesn't dry, any other wash cycle leaves specs of food and cloudy classware. I'm returning it, but don't know what else to get. They all seem to have some sort of issues. Old dishwashed leaked after 12 years, washed and dried very well, and was noisy.

Horrible experience with this dishwasher. It was installed and ever since then, it’s been working intermittently. When I called for service from Whirlpool they sent a company out (two times) and the first time they said nothing was wrong with the dishwasher. The second time they replaced the control board and then said we had a bad plug. Had an electrician come out to check the plug and it’s fine. Now Whirlpool wants to send another vendor out instead of just replacing the unit which has proven to be unreliable.

This product is really good!!! I bought from Raleigh Best Buy. Their total tech is very good option.

great product so far, had major issues with my previous dishwater that didn't last 4 years. this one actual has button, and being on the outside is better hope it will last longer

It cleans very well but I guess as all new dishwashers the drying time takes many hours.

Love the Dishwasher. The associate we worked with was great. Explained everything.

I wish it had more abilitiy to delay the start time. Four hours is too simplistic.

If you want real quiet, this is not the unit for you.
